@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

@chris_yardley @VodafoneUK Yep exactly that, can't understand why because my area is apparently "good" for 4G. I believe with most networks that if they can't provide with you with at least 10mb then you have grounds to terminate your contact, as previously had to do with Three.

UK Network Providers really covering themselves in glory. @VodafoneUK are so bad they've broken my connectivity rather than fix it. "Have you tried pressing the reset button"? AFTER nearly 2 hours talking to them. @ee capped at 600Gb. @O2 also capped at 600Gb apparently.
