    @VodafoneUK I have tried everything. Spent hours with your helpdesk. They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts

    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    @virginmedia Nope, still down. And I'm training clients today. Thank God for @VodafoneUK whose 5G when using my iPhone as a hotspot has saved my job far too many times over the last 18 months when the service has one of its monthly outages.

    @VodafoneUK I’m sorry?? WiFi or Ethernet has no impact on the speed I am receiving. I am asking about the service I am receiving not the quality of my network. Anyway the speed I have quoted is from the summary page of the routers settings and the speed test available on the my vodafone app

    @VodafoneUK Definitely not. I set up a payment plan twice. And both times it's failed, your end. The company has took all my money today and I'm left with nothing on the day I was to go shopping. I don't want any help. I'm leaving the company. My bank will refund me. Vodafone will get not.
