@VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

@VodafoneUK Please someone can call me urgently as I don't want to get stuff with another contract for 40 pounds a month. Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

@VodafoneUK I have the worst service for broadband I’ve ever had and am in tears at the thought of having to deal with the hell that is 90 minutes of explaining, being spoken down to that I get ringing Vodafone to be able to use my wifi - and end up worse off
