    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK are literally the biggest jokers in the world. Customer service is an absolute shambles and nothing ever seems to get sorted with them! Can’t wait to leave when this contract is up!!

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    @VodafoneUK Spoke for the 2nd time in a month to Customer Services re another incorrect bill & was promised a call back within 24hrs - 36 hours later still waiting. However, you did manage to send a reminder of the overdue bill still £10 over my tariff.

    @perry9988 @jamespirates @VodafoneUK Have had same issue since June, DDR set up they take for usage but device payment only taken twice in six months. Have spent hours on the phone, continual texts and emails saying I haven’t paid when I try manual payment won’t take that either. Rubbish system.

    @VodafoneUK Instead of making me waste more of my time trying to sort this out, why not call me back as promised yesterday? Each time I’ve tried to sort YOUR mistake, it’s taken over an hour. For absolutely nothing to change. Is this what you consider good customer service?
