@VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

@VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

@VodafoneUK I will be leaving you after 20+ years as soon as I possibly can . I made a mistake and thought I’d bought 20 GB but bought 120GB in error. You’ve refused to let me out of the contract. I only use 5GB !!! I will also make sure my 6 other family members also cancel !!

Hi @VodafoneUK what do I do when my 86 year old father has been mislead into buying a contract phone in one of your stores? Does he have 14 days to cancel? He has been given a Galaxy A13 and can hardly use technology. This seems like someone just wanted their commission fast!

@VodafoneUK 1) Your SPAM service tells me to reply to the shortcode. The texts come from words, not codes. Apart from that, does reporting do anything? 2) I do, but when these are different senders all the time, it's ineffective Presumably, somewhere, you can see these entering your network

@VodafoneUK Moved house and provider on 5th November 2022. Despite several calls to you, and promises that you'd disconnect, cancel contract, send final bill, etc., you're still sending me bills. Just wasted another 90 mins in a chat room! Corporate bullies.
