    FORCED today by @ThreeUK 2 release Credit Card Details, incl Security Pin, 4 Network 2 remove "web browsing Restrictions" on Broadband. Person paid HUMONGOUSLY decided it intelligent Policy. What stops any under-18 providing Parent’s Card Details? What if I have no Credit Card?©

    @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

    @ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

    @waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, I’m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

    @ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

    @ThreeUK the plug in broadband I signed up for is absolute useless, Netflix freezes and buffers every minute ! I live in London & was told I would have perfect connection!! How can you sell something that is so bad ?!

    @JonesAnwenmob @ThreeUKSupport Same here! I’ve temporarily moved to Italy since June and need to stay here during pandemic to support my family. Today they locked my SIM, talked to the support and still locked. If this won’t get resolved ASAP by this week I will contact a lawyer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Code comes up fine. But payment always fails. Doesn't fail if i'm not using the Three+ code though. So I figure it's something to do with the code. I have also contacted Cineworld.

    @ThreeUK having troubles using the codes for Cineworld through Three+. Dino if that's a you or them thing, but it's certainly frustrating. First 2 worked no problem, now a weekly issue.
