Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

@thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

My advice people is stay away from @ThreeUK. Service has been appalling for the last 2 years and despite being a customer (until recently) for 6 years no one will help me resolve a complaint that started before I left them. Horrendous customer services.

@ThreeUK @Speedtest all in a sudden three network seems down for the past 2 weeks. Online chat unavailable, phone support is a joke (they ask you to repeat the problem which I had already done multiple times before they disconnect the call). It has been a pain in the neck with THREE.
