@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

I took my phone in for a replacement screen and I made your colleagues aware that my old screen was a £30 Belkin. They replaced my screen and chucked away my old screen and didn’t give me a box for the new one.

*sigh* bought a new phone SIM from @ThreeUK - when registering I added a + sign to my email address. It allowed it, but failed to let me login once created. Had to get support to manually fudge my email address to one without a + sign, and now it magically works again. Sheesh.
