    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    Anyone that had issue with @ThreeUK and been pressure to pay bills when service not working please add comment to we can create a petition against them please. @ThreeUKSupport give you free bill until they tired but do not sort issue

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    Well some nice news is I’ve just upgraded my @ThreeUKSupport contract for another year so will continue to enjoy #goroam for 12 months, after that I might have to look around. Such a shame as I’ve liked this network :)
