    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @ThreeUK is by far the worst phone company I have ever been with. You tell them point blank you can’t pay when you lose your job because of a pandemic and they still pile on the charges 🙃

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?

    @ThreeUK Shame I have just been ignored in your Metrocentre Gateshead store. Looking at phones not acknowledged it asked if could be helped. Two sets customers likely dealt with on entry. As a result as of this afternoon I'm no longer a 3 customer. You only get 1 chance. Bye.

Every Chelsea supporter who has a 3 contract should consider another switching too another network.. &encourage friends&family to do likewise!!! They are trying to punish the club and it’s supporters for something they are not responsible for!!!
