Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

The issue that the store accepted and have lost it is not my problem - that's an internal issue.
