    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    Anybody on @ThreeUK having problems sending/receiving texts? Can't send at all. Tried rebooting phone etc.

    I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @ThreeUKSupport keep getting οΏΌ my3auth.text.generic.error When I try to change password on three website to log in and check my account. I'm not going to spend what little time I have jumping through hoops to fix this. If you can't fix it for me you are in a breach of service

    @Paul68958640 @ThreeUK Not really what I was getting at. Three's default response is that I should route my calls over the internet, rather than its own flakey network. I may as well just use WhatsApp.

    @ThreeUK cannot login in to Three app to do a upgrade. Is your server down? I’ve been with three network for over 7 years plus. Pls have some one contact me before i cancel all three of my accounts.

    @ThreeUK we are a new customer that’s just moved over to you on a 24 month contract and it’s only been day one and the signal we are getting on the box is 2 bars at the most, barely able to browse social media let alone watch shows on Netflix !! Please can you reply me ASAP

    @ThreeUK To add to the constant flow of scam phone calls we now have scam text messages flowing in, these appear to come from MyHermes and request that you pay money to get your non existent delivery redelivered. A very insecure network being run by @ThreeUK @Hermesparcels
