    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you ease provide me with a email address to make a complaint/get support? A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m out of contract now! After 17 years of substandard coverage, poor support Iโ€™m leaving. Not receiving the nationwide alert this afternoon, was the final straw!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก I have my safety to think about!

    @waitrose @Deliveroo @ThreeUKSupport As a Roo driver, Iโ€™m saddened there is no service or wifi at your Banstead branch. It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. Itโ€™s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

    Incredible. Iโ€™ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for nearly a decade and they have given me absolutely no reason to remain with this overpriced, poor service network. No incentives or customer loyalty.

    @ThreeUKSupport as you know most of us can not work right now, and are not getting paid, i can not pay my bills for foreseeable Future, you shut phone lines down and it seems impossible to Get on The online chat, so you going to leave me no choice but to stop direct debits

    Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Oooo thatโ€™s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I donโ€™t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to ๐Ÿ“ฑ

    @ThreeUK are literally the best network provider! I ran up a huge bill calling the USA not realising it wasn't part of my allowance and they have refunded me the full amount for being a loyal customer. I highly recommend them! ๐Ÿคฉ #loyaly #three #bestnetwork #wouldneverleave

    @ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like ยฃ25pm for 100Mbps

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? Youโ€™re basically just ripping people off.

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and ยฃ4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
