@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUKSupport can you ease provide me with a email address to make a complaint/get support? A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the Huawei 5G one and issues on every device. Mobiles sometimes work but PlayStation and PC don’t for Netflix. Getting a network error code.

@ThreeUKSupport Initially it was being sent to store for collection, then it was changed to home delivery, now dpd have the parcel and are returning to your depot rather than my house?? There are multiple issues with the delivery but no issue taking my first payment today.
