@ThreeUKSupport I called and pressed options to get through to cancellations and it told me it was out of hours and you’re closed. Your I then tried another option and got the same. In the end I called back and selected option 4 and the opt for customer service and ended up waiting 40 minutes.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s entirely fair as I’ve been trying to get this fixed since 27th March and you are making me go around in circles. Why can’t you send me a verification process via DM? Other companies have implemented this system. Why is it so difficult to get you to help a loyal customer?
