    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    Because my phone was connected to my WiFi since yesterday evening I didn't notice the @ThreeUK outage till this morning. I've been with them for 2 years and this is the first issue I've had with them. For what I pay and what I get I'm not going to beat them for the outage.

    @ThreeUKSupport The CR2 postcode covers quite a large area. Where I am, the coverage map says 4G is available when in fact it is not and never has been. Your map is misleading at best.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I'm payg, it's just your ordinary sim, not supercharge, I pay the 35 a month unlimited, on payg because it's the best deal and doesn't chain me down to a monthly payment so if don't have the money in said date I can pay on the day I do, the person is saying it wasn't noted 1/?

    @ThreeUK is there a network issue in London at the moment? I have been unable to access the internet on roaming despite my phone saying i have 3/4 bars of 4G. I tried the online chat but they just told me to reset my settings and that resulted the chat being lost but no fix.

    @ThreeUKSupport I felt humiliated!! I have been with three for years, very loyal even after months and months of the issues I had, I even explained there have been periods I wasn't able to contact my mum who is sick cause there was down but no I look like I've lied

    @ThreeUKSupport I did, for which the guy on the chat said there was no information of the promised two week data on my account, so I was basically alluded to as lying and all he said was as nothing about data on previous chat nothing could do could speak to complaint department and the back end

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport can you do something about the scam calls coming from 07397 657556 which are pretending to be @HMRCcustomers and fraudulently asking for money? Whoever this is is doing the rounds and needs to be stopped. Believe the number belongs to your network. TIA x
