@ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

@ThreeUKSupport can someone please provide an update of when the mobile data will be fixed in KW14 , you’ve been working on the masts for weeks and the internet is unusable . I’m a 4G broadband customer and the service is a disgrace . 1-3 mb tops & drops signal every 5 mins

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. It is the next stage that is the issue. There are all sorts of options to choose from. I can't take a screenshot. I have tried to select AKA as per the instructions but there is more than one AKA option and nothing works.
