    @ThreeUKSupport got no home wifi/ no internet on 4g ipad and 3g only on my iphone. ffs every week now. sort out the network. £100+ quid a month i'm paying for a service that drops all the time

    @ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

    @ThreeUK this is ridiculous I can't get online I have tried your 'live chat' and tried calling with no help my 14 days Cooling off period is now over too and I cant cancel my phone without a charge this is a shambles I need to speak to someone!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've supposedly used my 100gb data allowance in just 3 days called to query it and told it was correct would like to add I was working 12 hours a day for 2 of them seems impossible not happy after supporting your network since 2003

    @ViliLe @ruskin147 @ThreeUK I'm with Three UK and have the exact same problem. In fact last week I had a go at them because Three UK cold-called me to try and sell me more services! I told them that they are in a privileged position to have my number, and it's a blatant misuse to use it to cold-call me!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's mobile broadband and has a good password normally don't have a problem and the download speed is very slow have complained a number of times yet some how its run out

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kirsty. All sorted now - was for a family member who’s held an account for 8 years. Needed to phone/live chat to verify email address despite using the app/online login previously and receiving no prompts to do so!

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand this but this isn’t the main issue I’m having it’s the fact that your company is making it impossible for me to even pay off my contract IN FULL & then just got to pay as you go. depending on how quickly this gets resolved it’s quiet possible you’ve lost a customer.
