    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUK so disappointed to find that u have taken £300 out of my account for no reason. I have been a loyal costumer for several years and when phoning costumer services to try and resolve the issue they were less than helpful. I await ur reply and assistance with this matter.

    @ThreeUKSupport Home, yet like all service providers sell it as a good coverage, while I’ve said I live in a very rural area. Anything to gain a customer for a year on a cheap tariff but hike it up after that. I’d like to look into alternatives

    @tescomobile @ThreeUK should be sorry for the absolute con of unlimited internet however, phone only works on wifi! The signal is shocking

    @ThreeUK the network coverage is appalling as is your customer service. I have called FOUR times now to get the issue resolved and still nothing even after being sent a new sim card. As soon as possible I will be changing networks #3phonenetwork #poorcustomerservice

    @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone about an upgrade that I was actually due in August 2019, since that time 3 have had over £1100 of my hard earned cash and I haven’t had a new handset! I’m sick of dealing with people who can’t resolve the problem! Who CAN actually solve this???

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok Jade nothing personal and I’m sure you all work very hard but this isn’t the first time myself, friends and family have issues with cancellations & contracts. Nothing is easy with three, it used to be but has definitely deteriorated over the years.
