@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

@ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

@ThreeUKSupport That may be the case but it will still make some people rightfully wary of Three's approach to security. It's rather unprofessional from a large company especially when it's a quick and free issue to fix. Also, the coverage checker where you put in your postcode isn't encrypted.
