@ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

Hi @ThreeUK let’s have an honest chat about how bad your service has become in the last two years. Poor or no 4G coverage across most of central and west London. Five bars but no actual data connection. Coverage maps that are just made up!

@ThreeUKSupport 1)I upgraded on 30th December. The order was duplicated and was never sent through. Despite me speaking to customer support (who are useless) on several occasions they did not even check it properly. I waited for over 25 days and cancelled the upgrade.

@ThreeUKSupport 2) they charged me £99 which was not refunded yet. The challenge is customer support doesn’t want to listen to the customer. There were few instances where I was asked to wait patiently until the phone arrives.
