    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didn’t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUK I REGRET switching to your network from @LycamobileUK , your reception is really bad- not getting network in a place like Westfield Stratford is really a big shame on you

    @ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

    THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

    @ThreeUK Hi, I was charged for a SIM card I never had and the records show I never used. Your complaints department are refusing to refund my money. They said I never cancelled within 14 days. I have told them I never had the contract in the first place! Disgraceful!

    @ThreeUKSupport My postcode is ub9 6ha only problem is this isn't isolated to just this postcode a40 Westfield is w12 7gf and then there's junction 26 on the m25. Everytime I drive past these points the signal on my phone will show full but the call will go silent.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes that's correct it's HP21 area, I've got the Huawei app now, but it's not showing any problems, I've turned it off and on, I've turned my phone off and on, it's been very up and down starting last week, but today it keeps saying I'm disconnected when I'm not!

    @ThreeUK Someone has taken out a contract in my wife’s name at a different address. We’re shocked this could happen so easily! Please can you contact us immediately to close down this fraudulent activity. We called ur help no. but it seems they will get back in 7 days!

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok. I have taken soil samples so there is no doubt that the oil thrown onto the garden was a result of the tarmacing that took place. My question is how are you going to compensate for this? The soil will need replacing and the broken planter will need fixing.

    @ThreeUK why is my reception so poor, I have lost count of the amount of times I'm saying hello to someone where I can hear them but they can't hear me. There's also places like a40 Westfield where everytime the call will fall silent. I've never had these problems before

    @ThreeUKSupport After the weekend I've had with you I'd rather you showed me how to remove yourselves from my life! It's just the cherry on top of all the terrible signal, slow 4G, calls which compare l with talking through a sock! All the WiFi calling in the world can't improve it!
