    @ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

    No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it's a known issue since the phone was updated to android 11, Samsung are aware, so I posted a workaround for those suffering like me. Another workaround is move the sim to slot 2.

    @KateBaucherel @katebevan Not a fan of Dlink. Devolo power line works well.. but really needs to be on the same ring main . BT whole home disks are good. Also suggest additional @ThreeUK home broadband 4G or 5G if the signal is good where you are. They give you 14 days to find out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can confirm with evidence that you do not. My postcode is PO76FZ and I’ve been told by your team after a month of ringing back and being treated horribly that the internet is just slow now and there’s no estimated time that it’ll be improved. Appalling. Such a waste of time.
