  • ElliotJH
Elliot Hughes (@ElliotJH) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

  • snkhan
Sajid Nawaz Khan (@snkhan) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any issues in EC1M? Not getting any internet at all.

  • stevekennedyuk
Steve Karmeinsky (@stevekennedyuk) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

  • Jonny_Milmer
Jonny_Milmer (@Jonny_Milmer) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK why is your network in London so terrible these days? Full signal, 4G - no internet. I have forgotten the last time I was able to make a successful cellular call whilst in central London. How the mighty have fallen!

  • marinnamolseed
Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. I’m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

  • driscolltheque
Anya Driscoll (@driscolltheque) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport help! Phone says I have full signal but my intetnet isn’t working. Tweeting this on train WiFi. Problem with the network?

  • ragwhos
Raghunath S Iyengar (@ragwhos) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. I'll try tomorrow. Like I said I don't trust the IVR I got to today, but I've made a payment just in case and it did it has accepted it. I hope you could check it

  • stevejh1973
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

  • Holloway_Zoo
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUK @katebevan Amazing. Haven’t been able to get a decent 4g signal since last year and @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK just ignore it. Still put their prices up this month though. Classy.

  • hal7474
gianluca giorgi (@hal7474) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still with no services after 20 hours. In this time in this conditions. You are the worst!

  • stormhasgone
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I spoke to Sana on live chat who has checked all this for me and noted congestion at E10 7NE with improvements being made by 4/10. However I’ve gone almost 2 years with this issue and am not willing to pay any more money

  • Nickjames820
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me £5 credit on my £89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

  • sarezale
Ernesto Sarezale (@sarezale) reported from Islington, England

Mifi from @ThreeUK not working at all for he at the moment at N19 - getting 0.27 Mbps if working at all - this is denial of service - will I be billed this month?

  • andywash
Andy Washington 💙 🇪🇺 (@andywash) reported from Hackney, England

Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • Muswell_Ben
Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Further more the ability to make contact with you has been a joke! But when you want to make contact with me demanding money, there’s no stopping you! I can’t even check my outstanding account balance through your phone number never mind speak to someone!

  • Holloway_Zoo
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Still not getting back to me about my Huawei E5573bs which I couldn’t collect due to lockdown but still manage to send threatening emails for non payment for a service I don’t even have. Joke company.

  • Holloway_Zoo
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUK That’s great. You’ve even given new phones to non 3 customers. Now how about answering the concerns of customers that have been with you years and are having issues with your network since October.

  • Holloway_Zoo
Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England

@ThreeUKSupport There are 3 screenshots. One blatantly states problem with network with the 4G sign in the corner. I’ll try the live chat again for about the 100th time but I’m getting fed up of going between pillar and post and getting nowhere

  • shanecollinsman
Shane Collins (@shanecollinsman) reported from Islington, England

What is the point of having lots of data if your coverage is so bad in LONDON 🤮 @ThreeUK

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,

  • LuvSeekinTruth
    LovinTruth (@LuvSeekinTruth) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?

  • gmanka
    Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

  • EZRipir
    Fazel (@EZRipir) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK When was it cancelled? You get 30 days period after the termination to get a pac code to transfer to different network.

  • rhysllwyd
    Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reported

Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

  • Iwantmytrain
    John 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Iwantmytrain) reported

When @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.

  • dan_upson
    Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

  • PaulHolman100
    Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

  • shepherdmg
    Mark Shepherd 📐📷 (@shepherdmg) reported

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I think they're all just as bad, reception was better in 1999.
