    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

    @ThreeUKSupport TV was delivered to neighbour, I was on holiday. It arrived 2ish weeks earlier than expected. When opened its broken.Reported it and exertier said they needed approvals from Three. Been on a chat for over 90 mins to find the right team to approve...

    @ThreeUKSupport Might as well make this a thread. After asking to speak to a manager or supervisor about the complaint- I’m told I can have a call back in 24-48 hours. I was meant to have the phone on Friday so that just doesn’t cut it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thank you for the reply. Web browsing has worked, be it slower than the reported speed when I check it. But if I click on any of the apps mentioned, it says no Internet even though it is connected through the WiFi. Can't connect through the Nintendo Switch same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g and 5g (and my wifi) are down in SW16 1JB. I can get a little 3G at either end of the street. Your network status checker is saying there aren’t any problems though, any ideas? Same thing happened yesterday.
