Elliot Hughes (@ElliotJH) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.
-
Ben Weaver (@Muswell_Ben) reported from Tottenham, EnglandCongratulations to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport! @ScottishPower has achieved the impossible and knocked you off the no1 spot as the worst, most inept company I have had the misfortune to encounter in my 46 years of being alive!#scottishpower #terriblecompanies #badbusinesses
-
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport absolute inept rude jokers! A year of problems and you offer £5! Told to take it or **** off! Think it’s time to hit the ombudsman up. No help from this company at all!

Dark Side Lion (@Holloway_Zoo) reported from Islington, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken In March I ordered your Huawei E5573bs mobile WiFi so as an NHS worker I could work from home. Due to lockdown I couldn’t collect it as your stores closed. Since then you have constantly sent me bills for a service I don’t and never have
-
Michelle 🐢🐺 (@stormhasgone) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport I accepted the credit but no idea if that closed the complaint or not
-
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.
-
Chrissy Darling (@chrissydarling) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!
-
Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUK I see my poor@signal@has returned at home yet again! What is it now? More engineering work? A bird has chewed the lines? It’s ridiculous. Postcode: E9 5JH

Moley (@marinnamolseed) reported from Hackney, England@ThreeUKSupport mobile was stolen yesterday, paid upfront costs to get a new device delivered today. It’s now not coming with no explanation. Guy on the phone says it’s not his problem. That is not okay…
-
Steve Karmeinsky (@stevekennedyuk) reported from Camden Town, England@ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 7EQ Great Barr very slow & no service again.Been told that @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are aware of issue.Been down for months,so why no action?
-
MarkMark250 (@MarkMark250) reported@threeuk Why do your customer service agents feel the need to lie on your help chat, then instead of helping try to trick me into a 24 month contract?
-
AHTHMHLH (@AHTHMHLH) reported@ThreeUK Trying to contact your customer support, but the @ThreeUKSupport your profile links to hasn’t been updated since 2022?!
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK & again, I got no service in my area. You’ll never know peace
-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reportedcongrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised
-
Playwriter Guy (@playwriter_guy) reported@ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over £55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.
-
paradisepooches (@sambri7) reported@ThreeUK why is your coverage so terrible in 2026?????
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
The Salandarian 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱 (@THESALANDARIAN) reported@ThreeUK Fix your damn app
