    So I went to @ThreeUK today to upgrade my phone, but it’s not worth it. I may aswell buy them handset from @Apple and keep sim only. At least that way I can ditch @ThreeUK if their signal stays this bad...

    @ThreeUK please give me a decent reason for why your service is getting so bad. How do I keep finding myself in the middle of central London with up to 3 bars & yet no data! 🤬 And I’m sick of hearing “please bear with us as we try to roll out 5G. What the hell am I paying for!

    @ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t. I’ve been to the store multiple times but am always told the manager is the only one that can cancel my account, but he hasn’t been working. Ridiculous service.
