@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless I’m upstairs 👍🏻

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

Most bizarre situation with @ThreeUK. Called to get extra contract set up. Offered for £21pm. Line drops during credit check. I call back. They tell me that offer doesn’t exist! Pass me around, everyone says same. Not only did I renew but want to leave entirely! Customer 10 years

When you cancel with @ThreeUK (after your 24 months is up) and the app tells you you’ll have nothing to pay, then they send you a paper bill for £52 with an early termination fee included. Such a dreadful company.
