    @ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    Hi @ThreeUK let’s have an honest chat about how bad your service has become in the last two years. Poor or no 4G coverage across most of central and west London. Five bars but no actual data connection. Coverage maps that are just made up!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Outstanding customer service. Ordered your Huawei E557 with collections from your Wood Green store. Went there today they said it’s @ your Angel store. It’s not there either. Travelling when shouldn’t and now cannot work from home.

    @AlStewartOBE @ThreeUK @02 I was with o2 business for years with no service because of a local bridge being built and their mast being damaged. (They told me). Still would not cancel my contract. I had to pay £1000 over 2 years with no phone in business hours. Terrible service. You made the right choice.

    @nalamisseb @ThreeUKSupport They have go so much worse since they started doing 5g. My 4g never seems to work at home no more . Three is rubbish best of leaving them . They'll just ask silly questions and give you daft answers .

    @ThreeUK 5G broadband internet was ultra fast initially, but after a couple of months, the network was down at least once a week. It's getting worse. It seems @ThreeUKSupport is just not up to the job of providing broadband. @virginmedia is much more reliable in #Bradford

    @ThreeUKSupport So no mobile coverage on 2 devices is acceptable? And 7 days is an estimate as they have to access private land and he had no clue how long that could take! The service is a joke. I just want to cancel so I can find a mobile provider with coverage!

    during the pandemic, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport STOLE my phone number. my phone didn’t work for almost a year. they refused to help, yet still charged me every month, they’re still trying to get another £200 off me even though this has already cost me thousands. evil scum.
