    @thatfreyr @ThreeUK The worse company ever. I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK

    @adam_d3stroy3r @IsayIsayIsay1 @ThreeUK Lol tbh that excuse will actually be valid now, Three are rolling out L-band spectrum on 4G. Only more recent high end phones support it. Last years iPhone and the iPhone 11. So many like myself using older iPhones won’t likely see any benefit.

    @ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.

    @ThreeUK my contract ends next month, haven't been able to get a signal for ages. Your excuses was that the network has to many users. EE have promised me and shown me a strong signal. Goodbye

    @ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

    @ThreeUK ridiculous. Been trying since lunchtime to set up 5g hub at home. Have reset box. Changed Ethernet cables, been connected and disconnected many times to the chat… supposed to be easy! Impossible! Please help.

    @lebara have f**ked up my number port so I have already been 24 hours without service now because they don't work weekends I have to wait until Monday for resolution. I asked for resolution yesterday when they WERE working. I was told to wait. Should never have left @ThreeUK

    Just cancelled my contract @ThreeUK by the worst setup I’ve encountered, customer service is terrible. I have been with them for approx seven years and been incurring constant charges of £157 per week for last 3/4 weeks, only to be totally fobbed off and told on the last occasion it was justified. Haven’t been abroad. Calling the same people and same phone numbers only to be charged for “premium” numbers. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I have spent hours upon hours upon hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue amicably yet reaching no solution.
