    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mobile number hasn’t transferred to my mew phone. No help int he phone customers support. Now one week over due for the switch and paying three for a service I can use

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatement im on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money £17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing
