    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a ยฃ35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesnโ€™t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

    @ThreeUK are you ***************????? No data, no signal for a year! The 6g promised a year ago is delayed again, the hardware provider is banned from the country and you have the cash to sponsor billionaires? Not a peep from you ******* to your customers though!

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Donโ€™t believe them โ€” they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now canโ€™t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though Iโ€™m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone service has been suspended even though my bill is wrong, youโ€™ve admitted itโ€™s wrong, Iโ€™ve contacted you twenty times in the last 2 weeks and you still havenโ€™t sorted it. Unbelievable incompetence

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you canโ€™t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. Iโ€™m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

    Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say itโ€™s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator โ€ฆ

    @ThreeUK hey 3 can you sort out your 3G/4g data capacity/bandwidth around Stratford (London). Never have any luck whilst waiting for a train there, and I do it quite a lot. If you could pass on my feedback, thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport My upgrade is due in July and Iโ€™m having serious doubts about whether to renew with 3 after 8/9 years due to the terrible signal. Looking at your timeline this is happening in a lot of locations and 3 appear

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? Youโ€™re basically just ripping people off.
