    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to you time and time again. I got left on hold for hours on end, lied to and given every excuse under the sun, until I invoked the consumer act. Then you had to cancel my contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

    @ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO

    So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

    @ThreeUKSupport My mother has been trying to cancel two doggle accounts and it's impossible by phone. I have tried on numerous occasions and you get absolutely no where. Paying for something that is no longer in use. Shocking state of affairs.

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

    @ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

    In the box was a cable that you put to another mobile not for plug to charge it up!! I have to wait until 2025 for my current crap contract is up!! @ThreeUKSupport nobody told me about crappie battery life you flog phones YET you pass the buck to the brand!

    What a experience I am having with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not been able to use my phone for nearly 5 month constantly dropping signal, finally take to them then told I need to pay £180 to cancel a service I can’t use after 16 months of payments by me Joke.

    Utterly crackpot! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport staff in-store have a Chat system waiting in a queue: they can’t use a phone (remember this is a phone service provider) to speak to a dedicated support team. It’s a blind use of modern technology creating deep problems all round!
