@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

@ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

Can’t believe I’m paying £55 a month for a phone that doesn’t work because @ThreeUK mast is broken... won’t be fixed for 8-12 months yet have not been offered any other option. Absolute shocking customer service

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

@ThreeUKSupport A SM-A715F and a Moto G7 power. It's the postcode for our address. We don't have any issues except the occasional dropout for a few secs but that's more likely problems on our side. It's weird because exactly at 8pm we go from just unstable audio to 30 video streams in 5 mins.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, our data rates drop to ≈0.1mbps in the Chesterfield area every evening 7-8pm exactly on Tuesdays. It's very disruptive as we have an important Zoom meeting at that time. It happens on both of our Three network mobiles and nothing else is using them. Pls help!
