@ThreeUKSupport I'm going to have to end my broadband contract due to you breaking it. Its been months still no LG TV. When I get in contact with customer service its same old its 10working days away. Maybe time to sue not paying for goods I've not received

@ThreeUK And coming from an Ex Staff Member for Channel Operations.. I know a duff signal and poor network when I see one. No amount of previous reporting has fixed it and I want out of my contact if it doesn't improve !!

Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice

@ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your network AGAIN! Numerous times I have reported shoddy network speeds on your 4G Home Broadband . And I don't want to hear lame excuses about "Work Being Carried Out" when that simply isn't the case. EH6 area (Leith)

@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

@ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

@ThreeUKSupport There's no issue with the payment. I've been with you around 16 years and had zero issues using all you can eat data on my phone, since I downgraded my plan & got your mobile WiFi I've had nothing but problems with my connections.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have an ongoing router issue & spoken with someone on the phone, who's running tests & getting back to me next week. Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello Fraser no never did service was unavailable tried it several times. About 11pm last night we got 4g back so I guess the work had been done. I had to go out about 9pm and the mast had trucks by it. It would have been nice to have had a text to say about the work regardsCliff

@ThreeUK Do not trust Three. They cheat customer and dont even generate the PAC code. I called in to cancel my contract. excalation team didn’t follow the process of 1 month notice or holding the connection until i use generated pac code. They just disconnected the service right away.

@ThreeUKSupport None really for the voice calls I was told to use WiFi calling. Doesn't help if you are outside, and with the 4H routers was just told to reboot. Doing a websearch show massive issues with Three Home Broadband. 3 did not even advise they were doing mast work in the area

@ThreeUKSupport I'm on a monthly rolling contract and was told I could upgrade any time after three months. But over the many years I've been a 3 customer I've never been able to access this part of the website.
