  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman 🇬🇾🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

  • Dereklad Derek (@Dereklad) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK excuse me.why is my internet on my iphone so so bad in the B92 8NW Postcode When im at work??

  • And_im_wasted Luke (@And_im_wasted) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • XBigAli Bigali_x (@XBigAli) reported from Walsall Wood, England

Three Service Down, I Want My Refund Right Now @ThreeUK

  • Adamhayes_85 Adam Hayes (@Adamhayes_85) reported from Wednesfield, England

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK Birmingham’s signal strength is rubbish too in large swathes of the City

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • Martbushii Mart🌲🌻🦊🐞🎵😁 🇪🇺♂️🏳️‍🌈🌹🌊 (@Martbushii) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 @ThreeUK What on earth is happening in Dudley West midlands. Mine and my friends mobile phones have had no service. Is there something wrong?. I am doing this on his Post Office home internet

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • pixiero79 RosieGee (@pixiero79) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.

  • BilalRaja_22 Bilal Raja (@BilalRaja_22) reported from Tidbury Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Don’t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lucysiegle lucy siegle (@lucysiegle) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Sammie what I would like, is for someone to deal with it rather than to make a complaint! It that possible please? It is potentially quite serious.

  • GrayMatter70 Mark Gray (@GrayMatter70) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Money has been taken from my account 3 months after closure. Before I challenge the DD at bank, how do I check if this is genuine? Obviously I no longer have access to the account. I’ll cancel DD later.

  • lucysiegle lucy siegle (@lucysiegle) reported

Hey @ThreeUK I have an urgent issue. Don't have an account with you but looks like someone has been trying to set one up. Your Customer Protection unit will respond in 22 days. Happy with that? I'm not!

  • omgcupcakes310 Jade Roberts (@omgcupcakes310) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3 days without signal in ST5 area & no guidance on when service will resume. My partner has limited 3G signal but my iPhone 14pro max doesn’t support it. Will my bill compensated to reflect the service outage? Any estimates/timeframe on fixing the issue?

  • K4thfrancis Kath Francis (@K4thfrancis) reported

@ThreeUK Unbelievable!!! Paid £275 payment weeks ago and was assured by 2 agents on separate days that the Direct Debit would only be £71 yet the full £345 has been taken. I want a refund and an official complaint opened! How do I sort this. Don't tell me to phone as I'm deaf!!!

  • jordan_okoro Jordan Pebbles Green (@jordan_okoro) reported

@ThreeUK please make it make sense to me that I am stuck with you on a two year contract and for over a month now I have been experiencing very bad network, unable to browse and all calls to the customer service line yielded no result I am tired and not satisfied. I want out.

  • steph_ashford Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Those 'congestion issues' affected me across the city last night, leaving me with zero network connection at 2am, when I'm alone, trying to get home and am unable to find any transport info or call a taxi, with no nearby accessible WiFi that I could login to. Unacceptable.

  • ZhongyuanZhan14 Zhongyuan Zhang (@ZhongyuanZhan14) reported

@ThreeUK I can't use my bank app, I tried to get the PAT code and I was told that I will have to pay for the remaining contract to leave, even I haven't been able to connect to the network. Extremely disappointed for the bad service after been with three for 8 years.

  • lucysiegle lucy siegle (@lucysiegle) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your live chat service for the record took a lot of time explaining to me what a direct debit is which was not a good use of anyone's time. It's very hard when there is nobody to speak with. My next step if you cannot help properly will be to go to the ombudsman I guess.

  • ZhongyuanZhan14 Zhongyuan Zhang (@ZhongyuanZhan14) reported

@ThreeUK Is this the only way that I can get someone to really fix my issue? The store staff and the online agent keeps passing tha ball to each other. Seriously, is this the right way to do business?
