    @ThreeUK is by far the worst phone company I have ever been with. You tell them point blank you can’t pay when you lose your job because of a pandemic and they still pile on the charges πŸ™ƒ

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I've just had the same issue, got an upgrade in May new phone, number new contract, I asked for my old contract with 3 to be cancelled by them.. 9 months later there still charging me for it. Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.

    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. It’s B13 9LJ but I’ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didn’t think it would be my phone, but it’s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @JamieSteeper @ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s absolutely useless, not fit for purpose. They dismantled a Three mast on the grounds of brigg town football club reducing the network capacity and now they probably wonder why everyone else’s internet has ground to a halt.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have reset password, reinstall app multiple times. Just chatted to someone on your website who told me i need to reset my phone or contact Apple as it's a phone issue. This is ridiculous - when my 100 other apps are working perfectly, you can't just tell me my phone is wrong

    @ThreeUK my broadband isn't working for watching the online programmes on tv since March iv just spoke to someone from three on the phone and she says there waiting for a fix so why am I paying full price for a service that doesn't work for what I wanted it for not happy

    @ThreeUKSupport 13/14 months. I have literally been told I could only be offered extension on payment date and Β£20 off. Doesn't really help in the long run....I will not be renewing with 3. The amount I pay is extortionate.

    I never had spam callers with @virginmedia why do I get like 10 a day with @ThreeUK constantly blocking unknown numbers is getting on my nerves.
