FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

@VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

@ThreeUKSupport Almost everywhere now. I did pop instore to look for an upgrade, but don’t want to be stuck with a network I can’t use. I don’t really want to keep dropping down to 3G, I’m paying for 4G after all.

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@ThreeUKSupport No it hasn’t. I want to leave this network. All you do is take people’s money and not provide an appropriate network or service.

@ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

@ThreeUKSupport Can’t get in webchat. If that’s what you keep directing people to it’s pointless as there is never anyone available.

@ThreeUK are a joke, but one of those jokes where the punchline is non-competitive pricing and appalling customer service

Well, I can safely say that @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport have won the award for Worst Customer Service in February. A last-minute push by four of their players tipped the balance in their favour. I can't wait to find an alternative provider who know their arse from their elbow.
-
Bell of the Bull

@ThreeUKSupport The service does not allow access to this number and last week it was saying that the number you have called is not recognized.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a contact with you for maybe 10 years and still have it. this was another sim contact I got for a job but then after month never used. So wasn’t like I was leaving three for good just cancelling a contact I never used. I explained I never used it and he kept offering deals

@ThreeUKSupport The new contract I have in the post is twice the price of the one I signed for in the shop. I have my paper evidence from the shop. Is this something you can fix online or on the phone?

@ThreeUKSupport that was definitely not the case because i NEVER buy short term ones. its always 1 month. so this was 100% a wrong charge
