    @ThreeUKSupport I need to speak to someone in Customer services urgently! I’ve been expecting your call back since the 20th March and I’m still waiting 10 days later despite you promising a return call within 72 hours! Just when I thought #Three couldn’t get any worse!

    @ThreeUK hi Three if you’re going to basically suspend customer service you should at least make sure your website works. I can’t change my plan to a sim only, either through the app or online. I’m cancelling my plan if you don’t get back to me today with this fixed.

    @ThreeUK since my complaint last week to you I am still experiencing signal issue for voice calls/internet. It’s as if like Im living in 90’s that’s the connection am getting, it’s not even 2G, very very poor signal. Need sorting it out ASAP!

    @ThreeUK I am stuck with Three network, not a happy customer at all. Falsifying charges such as premium messages, Always Low Signal on Voice Call/Data. I have 12 months left in contract but want to Terminate Contract, what right do I have. @Ofcom 😡
