@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

@ThreeUKSupport Appreciate your help but it’s not really good enough tbh- think it’s time to cancel after the shocking customer service I’ve had recently. Lied to by a store, hours wasted on the phone & now I can’t even get my money back (for YOUR mistake) without wasting more time on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport This is not about outage, it is about a broken webpage not allowing us to turn on the feature you advertised! I’ve been to support chat many times and provided all the info. No one cares or acknowledges the issue!

@ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

@ThreeUKSupport Also, I was promised 5G was in my area but now it’s clear it was anything to make a sale. I’m a business customer with you for mobile, I can’t believe how badly this is being handled.

No proper customer service from @ThreeUK except being disconnected by operator on live chat. Data that doesn’t work for over few months does cause problems for everyone!!!

@jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

Finally got my code and guess what, sold out! Ticketmaster tried to sneak September 2023 tickets in, which I nearly accidentally bought because it wasn’t clear they weren’t for the December show I was looking at. Terrible from both @ThreeUK and @TicketmasterUK

Well all @O2 customer bet you wish you had signed up with @ThreeUK , at least you can go through @Ticketmaster with three for #peterkay tickets, the #o2 priority app/website has been Down since 9am, even I would consider going back to three if I could get two tickets

Ok so @ThreeUK does broadband in theory and it’s cheap. But the new modems only connects to 4G so in our case we’re left using our old device and sim. And don’t just don’t ever, ever try to talk to someone in their customer service department…
