    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport rubbish network no support no help team not putting notes down. I asked for callbacks last month, but still nothing. Phone cut off signal was down, and then you cut my line. Can't work properly can't do much as society made phones important. No one join!

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support

    @ThreeUK why could myself and my wife not use our phones last night at the London fireworks, no service wotsoever, even had a message saying your service provider has temporarily turned off your service!!!! Couldn't wish our family and friends happy New Year!!!! Disgusted

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement today :-( I used to get 30 Mbps from this cell - now I'm lucky to get 1.5 and latency is massive! It's not the service I signed up for, and definitely not the service I'm paying for.

    @ThreeUKSupport Please address the issue with 5G in St Albans - stopped working about 6 weeks ago and every week get told will be fixed by Sat, then get a message saying the problem is fixed, but it's not, and I get a new notice of another week for you to fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport If I was to hazard a guess. Id say the app is trying to validate if Google play services exist. Which they don't as its Huawei. Doesn't know how to handle that and closes down

    @ThreeUKSupport how can I cancel a home broadband account after 8 months of a 2 year contract when the average download speed has been less than 3mb/s - when advertised as 8+ mb/s. Currently getting 1.56mb/s on phone and home BB. TN40 was being upgraded 2 days ago…

    @ThreeUKSupport same thing happens. Get through the login and biometric snd then the app closes leaving just the rate me pop-up window. Yep can login Just fine on both sim accounts. It works flawlessly on my Samsung tablet. Just my Huawei P40 Pro phone
