    Itโ€™s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it wonโ€™t wonโ€™t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I believe so. Ref 29475125. They offered 50% off early upgrade but I declined. And they applied a ยฃ35 credit to my account, which is better than nothing but doesnโ€™t make up for 2 years of intermittent service

    @AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK I spoke to @ThreeUKSupport on webchat this morning - same terrible experience of when I talked to them on the phone. They want to know the post codes of where I have network problems. How would I know the post codes of random places? It was a waste of time.

    @ThreeUK why is your network in London so terrible these days? Full signal, 4G - no internet. I have forgotten the last time I was able to make a successful cellular call whilst in central London. How the mighty have fallen!

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you canโ€™t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. Iโ€™m switching to another provider.

    Hey @threeuk, since youโ€™ve teamed up with @Vodafone I thought my service would improve. If anything I get worse signal in places than I did before! Whatโ€™s going on? Been a customer of yours since 2006, seriously looking at other options right now.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
