    @ThreeUK your app has a broken feature - paying bills. My partner has same issues, card payment went wrong. Not clear what problem is. Had to call you b4. Please come to our house, to collect payment. I’ll give you our address. Deleting app. Please let me know when it works.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s odd as it happens in most places in London. Like where I am right now, e17 9pp, its only 2 bars. When i’m at work, nw1 5lr, i’ll sometimes have no network/or it not working

    @ThreeUKSupport Dropping down to 3G is the only way to remedy the problem. But it's annoying as I have to keep remembering to turn it on again. Two handsets same issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    Great service at @OliverSweeney on Conduit Street today. Exchanged the shoes I bought that had been rubbing without question. Went out of their way to find me a pair at another store and bring them over for me me to pick up. Such a contrast to @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport No - the odd station doesn’t seem to like me every now and again but Waterloo is consistent. It tells me to call 333 which obviously I can’t do with no signal 😄

    @ThreeUK in Central London has great 4G / 5G signal, but throughput is worse than H. I live within M25 (alright throughput, not great) and work in C. London and there's been no discernible improvement for years. Bring back 3G??!! Also no IPv6 within M25. Really??

    @ThreeUK Ay Up. I'm in Sheffield and the signal is terrible. I'm near the English Institute of Sport (EIS). Is there a problem in this area? I've had to resort to any WiFi I can find.
