    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is that this comes on top of increasingly poor coverage over the past year. I keep having problems. Just called to complain and was offered paltry compensation sum so having to go to communications ombudsman.

But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

I didn’t expect much by raising my grievance and it looks like I have got nothing. Instead my whole family shall be moving away from three as soon as we can and shall never return
