@ThreeUKSupport I was over charged ina number of occasions so I paced a cap on my account. However I continued to get overcharged (x7 the amount) and when I rang to double check you never placed a cap for me. Then reassured me that you won’t charge me and 4 days later I got charged anyway

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Outstanding customer service. Ordered your Huawei E557 with collections from your Wood Green store. Went there today they said it’s @ your Angel store. It’s not there either. Travelling when shouldn’t and now cannot work from home.

@ThreeUKSupport Round this area it seems consistently poor. Although more central locations in London like Bank, Moorgate etc I get average speeds of 50-80Mbs but here is shockingly slow, especially painful when you're data connection keeps dropping.

Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

@ThreeUKSupport Awful service from Three UK. Ordered 24mth contract home broadband ystday. DPD deliver - no SIM. CustServcs only send replacement by Royal Mail, just before RM strike, will arrive too late for me going away. Rubbish service, so cancelling before I even started.

@ThreeUK @billieeilish @LewisCapaldi For an extra £5 pcm I can get o2 unlimited I think. Wtf is three thinking putting their price up from £17 to £23 PCM? Your network is shite. I can't even ring people off three because the signal doesn't work. I can't use data because signal is shite.
