    @meddymadz @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @LukeShawWorcs Same thing here. I think they are overwhelmed by the scale of the problem and have zero f’s to give about how much of a bad effect this is having on peoples lives.

    @ThreeUKSupport E8 goes in and out, and whenever I am near tall buildings, the signal also goes in and out :(

    @kellymariekirk @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Happened to me 2 days ago When I spoke to 3 they said it was not them my address got changed as well took 2 hours to get through to them to stop the account now waiting for a new sim after 15 years am so upset with the service and time it took

    @ThreeUKSupport You said I could cancel my contract at anytime as the service was so bad or I could wait for 5g. Now it’s here I’m told at first I’d have to pay £895. Then it was more like £395. I’m just stunned!

    @8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    @ThreeUKSupport Another day of unusable internet from 3. This is day 4 where I’m showing speeds of 0.4mbps on my Huawei home router and also on two household phones. Reported the issue, given a ‘ticket’ … still unusable. Just what am I paying £20 a month for?

    @ThreeUK Do not trist this company, i chamge network because the prmised a £100 and it never happened so had to report them to trading standard. Coverage is very poor and internet doesnt work most days. Void void

    @ThreeUKSupport I had to call my bank overseas because a fraudulent transaction. It was important to cancel certain transactions, I need to make sure I am not billed for this because this was an urgent security call. @KeyBank_Help will not cover the costs of calling.

    @ThreeUK Probably the worst network in the UK. I had perfect signal at home for 5 years. Then nothing. Three denied anything had changed and just kept blaming my phone. That phone connect to Tesco Mobile when I cancelled the Three contract. Awful customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ah, okay, that makes sense. So if I order the 5g model and sim, will that future proof me for when 5g is available in my area, and will just run at 4g in the mean time, or is it locked at 5g and if no signal is found, you get nothing? Thanks for the help Jade.
