    @ThreeUKSupport Hi this was yesterday afternoon it took almost 24 hrs for you to respond. Issues were noted throughout the UK and this was affecting your broadband routers. A simple Google search will confirm this.

    @ThreeUK I want to change my contract but it’s basically impossible to contact you. I’ve forgotten my My3 password and your website errors every time I try to reset. Your call centre isn’t taking any calls and your Live Chat just doesn’t work. How do I talk to a person?

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone on chat on wednesday morning. He promised me it was arriving that day...... still no sign... i cant even cancel it because i cant access anything. This is bad service 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...
