@ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

So @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I cancel my 5g hub because despite the claims I’m not getting 5g and hadn’t for over 3 months and when I cancel it the kicker is you want ME to settle the final bill!! I was paying for months for a service I wasn’t getting that’s why I cancelled it!!!

I'm you're thinking about getting @ThreeUK 5G Home Broadband - don't. It's awful. Every time it goes down (which is several times a week) they'll blame "unplanned engineering works" but still bill you the full amount.
