    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    I used to pay Β£10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for Β£45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

    @ThreeUKSupport That was asked on live chat where I headed once I ended the phone call. Not sure if it was a language barrier issue with your staff but happened twice on the phone. Be careful, @ThreeUK, that was very worrisome for me 🚨

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and Β£4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

    Joined @ThreeUK i know signal in parts off UK are different. But wanna know since #three merged with Vodafone how’s the signal been. I’ve read that some people saying that since the merger Vodafone signal not been good

    @ThreeUK - as a valued customer of three since day I - I am totally brassed off with the internet signal in Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Outside of home I have no internet - so effectively I am paying money for nothing

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be Β£15 + Β£28 for broadband, yet Β£104 was taken last month
