    @ThreeUK so I’ve cancelled contract online but you still say it’s live. I’ve cancelled twice It’s very disappointing as I no longer require the service as my son who used it is no longer with us. Why do you not send an email confirming cancellation?

    @Yasin1690 @ThreeUK Just cancel and vote with your feet. Did the same crafty trick of telling my mum that her plan was being withdrawn and replaced with one more expensive, yet I could find a better deal on their website for same allowance. Greedy and dishonest and think you’re stupid. Leave!
