@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Only thing I like about being on different networks is if we’re stuck somewhere with poor coverage, there’s double the chance one of us can get a signal! Nearly a month in since joining @O2 and very happy. Perfect coverage with 4 bars of signal and fast data, whereas i struggled to even make a phone call with @ThreeUK my previous provider the signal was that bad. I just await 5G to be rolled out in my area.
