We have @ThreeUKSupport 5G b/band. The router has to be close to a window to get good reception! Trouble is, at end of the house the Wi-Fi signal is poor or non existent! I’ve tried 3 different extenders and they don’t work well as the speed drops or cuts off! What can I do?

Having a nightmare of an experience porting my number from one @ThreeUK contract to another @ThreeUK contract. Can't receive calls or SMS after 24 hours. Therefore cannot log in to some things I haven't changed to use 'real' 2fa yet (and things that don't support real 2fa)

@ThreeUKSupport I didn’t realise I needed to, as it was only 1 month on the original contract, it said it would terminate. The first payment was 27th July and I have been charged each month since but the internet hasn’t been working. My account is 9871838141. Thank you
