    @ThreeUKSupport I can access online...it’s the iPhone XS Max, I’ve reset network settings numerous times which helps to some extent but having to do it more than once a week is just a pain,

    @ThreeUK so my wife upgraded but you sold her a new contract instead. take 2 payments each month and so far have refused to cancel the new contract and a have a debt co calling her, no words but your assistance to sort this has been disgusting.

Your email address gets me a standard response and a direction to the bereavement service, who state all they can do is close the account. Your company charged an elderly man every month with no paper or ebilling
