    @VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

    @ThreeUKSupport @threeuk Another week of dreadful and on the whole unusable offers on #wuntu. Every week you say to 'keep your eyes peeled' for 'exciting new offers' which NEVER materialise. Really poor effort.

    @ThreeUK I was blatantly lied to at your Brixton store in October, and now I’m being charged £169 to cancel a contract after being told there was no cancellation fee. Beyond annoyed by the service I received. I was completely conned. Completely and utterly conned.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was lied to at your Brixton store, and told my contract could be cancelled with 30 days notice, no fee. I am told today that I have to pay £169. I have been on the phone for over an hour now, speaking with the highest escalation complaints team who have offered me zero solution

    For some stupid reason I switched back to @ThreeUK last year. God, why did I forget. It has to be the worst service of any network in the UK. Every single day I find my self trying to find the network, turning my phone on and off. Last week I even had to replace the SIM!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3G works fine if you switch off 4G first. It’s more that the signal doesn’t switch over from 4G to 3G correctly. It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

On Facebook Three replied to me advising that I cap my spending and that I must have signed up using a 2step verification. Its ridiculous advice and I never confirmed such thing! Thanks again

    @ThreeUKSupport Was given unlimited data via @educationgovuk to support my children's home learning but got a message saying I'd reached the limit. Contact you via chat - got cut off after 40 minutes. Was then told we'd need to upgrade to sort the problem. What's going on??

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been 13 days since I ordered my upgrade 9 days since my upgrade should have been delivered 8 days of talking to online chat support 3 subsequent deliveries that were never even dispatched 2 complaints 1 unhappy customer And still no update or delivery

    @ThreeUKSupport It is frustrating. Especially when you're told you need to buy/upgrade to fix the problem. And what initially appeared to be a benevolent gesture by three to help disadvantaged children during a pandemic is starting to look more and more like just another sales opportunity!
