    . @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was assured that the issue with my bill is under investigation and will be resolved. I called up today and got to know that there wasnโ€™t enough information provided and the investigation couldnโ€™t go ahead

    Been with @ThreeUK since 2007. But I think it's time to move on as my contract has ended.whoever runs three inhope you are not treated the way you poorly treat your customers. I just want all my money back. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport We rang up three back in late July to cancel. We also sent all the equipment back as per the letter we received. Then a few weeks ago we received a letter again we owe money to three, despite cancelling. We rang up again and paid it, which thinking about it we didnโ€™t have to...

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, itโ€™s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    Would defo not recommend @ThreeUK Lucky to get signal in most places. They told me Croydon was good and I have 1 or 2 bars everywhere

    @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffรจ Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when itโ€™s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    After being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!

    @Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

    @ThreeUK bought 4 ยฃ15 data packs in store for hol in USA, your colleague says they start today although they are still sealed. I donโ€™t need them for another 2wks and need them to last longer than 30days from today. Any other year I was told they didnโ€™t start until inserted! Help

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iโ€™m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous
