One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. Theyโve said in the past itโs a local temporary fault. But Iโm sure itโs bandwidth/network capacity issues.
