    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we don’t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk 2 engineer visits booked, 2 no shows without explanation or apology until I call to find out. Today's farce, bt service checker-no faults but still orange light on hub and no internet. All anyone can say is "it's due to be fixed by 18.11 on 20th"....no update, no broadbsnd

    @KevinHenderso33 @btsport @LIVGolfInv They were offered it in the UK as all broadcasters were and they turned it down. LIV ran out of options to they offered it to DAZN for free.

    @steveastlegolf The media narrative is that LIV is bad. That’s because the tours have media partners and this media partners are scared that people won’t subscribe to their service if the players aren’t there….. I would LOL if @btsport got the LIV rights, the bun fight with Sky would be funny
