    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasnโ€™t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BTโ€™s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we donโ€™t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over ยฃ40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Hello. โ€‹A customer of yours in Ireland had their internet disconnected yesterday. The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. โ€‹Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. โ€‹I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. โ€‹Good evening to you and yours.

    @DandG_Global because of you I'm now in arrears with @bt_uk who are charging me 53.99 an month for board band and BT tv box we never plugged in....@GMB start looking at what you have 2 large organisation hit me twice in a month.....im fuming

    @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor ๐Ÿ‘Ž
