  • Suenameis Susan Elizabeth (@Suenameis) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport It took me REPEATED phone calls and half an hour of my life (which I’ll never get back) in order to wangle a way around your pathetic automated systems to speak to  someone to pay the small amount of money which you were threatening to refer to a credit collection agency.

  • charlescolbour1 Charles C (@charlescolbour1) reported

Hi @btsport as a former customer you appear to be making it impossible for me to sign up to the sports monthly pass by blocking my email/attempts to sign up online and nooone in your CS team knows who should support - help??

  • Suenameis Susan Elizabeth (@Suenameis) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport Your systems SUCK and YOU need to get them SORTED OUT so that others do not experience the same unnecessary stress that YOU are needlessly inflicting on them!! I will never recommend EE services to anyone in the future due to EE’s completely inadequate customer services!

  • Suenameis Susan Elizabeth (@Suenameis) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport Not EE! Please note that complaint is also being made to OFCOM. As I was unhappy with services provided by EE I recently closed my two monthly phone accounts with EE. I was sent a THREATENING letter regarding a remaining amount of £11.48 which needed to be cleared.

  • DJGTidwell Dave Tidwell (@DJGTidwell) reported

  • Funks81 Jonathan Dorey (@Funks81) reported

@bt_uk i reported a fault 2 days ago and still haven’t heard when you’re coming to fix it and whether I need to be around for this?

  • benwatson99 Ben Watson (@benwatson99) reported

…and even after 2 calls @bt_uk have still unresolved it. @Ofcom - please can I ask that you look in to such poor practices, clearly designed to ensure customers overpay for services they don’t want.
