In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

Bt info'd me & I rang them and got them to stop my line being taken over. However it kept happening again & again, 4 times in all before 1/
