@btbusinesscare The Company I work for have had an ongoing issue with yourselves for over a month now. I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!
