Especially as all other websites & apps work fine. I run a part time business on eBay so I won’t tolerate this issue for too long before I change provider.

Hoping you can help, we are due to have full fibre installed next week, the service is provided via the telegraph pole in the rear alley, is it possible for the engineer to run the cable over the roof and install the ont at the front of the house? Plus transferring me would just be passing the issue on to someone else. However please feel free to ask colleagues for suggestions on how to fix this situation.

To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

Someone needs to inform me as the customer what is happening and when it will be provisioned. I am a brand new customer who is still not connected.

In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
