. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

@bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

@bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

@bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

@bt_uk Why don't you have faster speeds now that you do fibre? 😫 Terrible customer service from Virgin Media but can't exactly leave them when no one offers anywhere close to the speed I'm getting with them (360Mbps) and I don't want to downgrade!

@bt_uk I couldn't stream video for almost 2 years when I was with BT. When I brought up the subject of compensation, I was advised this would only be paid if I withdrew/closed my complaint. Wasn't fixed until I changed to another provider.

@bt_uk On the emergency mini 4g hub I was sent out, could I use the SIM in my Huawei B900 4g router? It's significantly more powerful for signal etc :)
