It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home.
