Canโt get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough

I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which Iโll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. Iโm astounded itโs even legal. After 48 years as a customer Iโm told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.
