@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

Worth checking your parents utility bills, just checked my MILs and absolutely disgusted that @bt_uk have started charging her £20+ more a month for nothing extra! 😡 and would cost her £622 to cancel her contract #beware #disgusting

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk The stress caused by this is completely unnecessary. We have had not had any written communication to apologise for what's happened except on here where I've had to chase you. My husband has called several times. Due to poor signal in our village our calls have been cut off.

@bt_uk Finally after 18 days without broadband or telephone service my parents are now reconnected. HOWEVER we were told by 2 different customer service people that they would receive automatic compensation we have now been told this is not the case!! 1/2

@bt_uk We are having to wait around for BT to contact us when I will repeat again, this is not our fault, BT caused this issue. We should not have to wait to hear from BT. They should be actively trying to resolve the problem AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

@bt_uk The 14th is not acceptable. This problem is all of BT's own doing. We clearly told BT our line was not to be cancelled. You cancelled our line when you installed our neighbour's line. We have been without Internet ever since due to BT!!!
