Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.

@bt_uk Disgusted with continuous connectivity issues and being told by bt helpdesk there is no issues in the area when other resources tell us otherwise. Now left without Internet in the house for at least 24 hours. Great service to be working from home!!!

@bt_uk BT SMT your team seem unable to fix my broadband. It’s now been 1 week!!! My two teenage daughters in the midst of their GCSEs are being impacted hugely being unable to access on-line revision documents. It is being made worse by the appalling communications, ironically!!
