Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk Drop out problem now resolved. Took a year to sort out. It took many visits of engineers. In the end it was a underground cable I mentioned a year ago. Very disappointing less than 2 miles for stow exchange with no offer for fiber upgrade. Stuck with a 1900s telephone system.

@bt_uk fix your **** wifi i was guaranteed on average 100mbps for the last week the best i have had is 32.8mbps download speed and 18.9mbps upload speed and as a result i have not been able to use my console any online game won’t even load up and iPlayer apps wont work
