Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

Hello @bt_uk another 10 days apparently, until you attempt to repair 80 year old parents phone line - been out for 2 weeks already. You do know how much they rely on your services. Apparently you don’t seem to care. I know the service is provided by @SkyUK but you are vital.

@bt_uk My parents have now made 30 calls to you since mid December and the problem with their landline isn’t sorted. First you got rid of their number and then once you restored it they can’t receive calls from other landlines. They are getting very frustrated. Please sort asap

After some truly horrible customer service from the accessibility team @SkyUK who said it would take three weeks to move my broadband, called @BTCare had a great experience and services will be up and running by Tuesday.
