    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    @BTCare Changes in an instant to orange and then back to blue. It is connected to main socket. I have a separate BT business hub on a business line with zero problems

    Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

    i absolutely despise @bt_uk 45 minutes on webchat - 2 depts, security twice. cant help need to ring. ring number given "not in service" ring another, pass security chat to nice lady, tfr to billing, get cut off. An hour and 20 minutes, for nothing. absolute crap company

    @bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?

    Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

    @bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
