  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

  @bt_uk Hi still waiting for compensation for fault that lasted from December till March this year.Have spoken so many times and had fault logged and complaint escalated however still no compensation but you are on the ball taking out new higher payment for April.
