-
Wendy Holden (@wendholden) reportedThree days without phones or the internet after a tree fell and not one word to anyone in our Suffolk village from @bt_uk. The tree was removed today but no one came to fix the line so another day in the dark. Shame on you.
-

(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reportedHuge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me
-
Ernesto (@ernestohegi) reported@bt_uk hello, I've been having the same issue with my broadband connection for three weeks and it's still not solved, an engineer came today and said it's a problem with the line, the problem is still not solved, is there anything you can do about it?
-
Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
-
Loftus Rogue (@LoftusRogue) reportedMoved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
