    @bt_uk Yes I’ve tried a reboot. The signal strength isn’t good enough for a BT wired building. Is there a way to test it? Surely I must be paying for a minimum download speed?

    @bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

    @bt_uk ordered my broadband on the 24th of July, Engineer Visit on the 5th august then cancelled to the 7th then moved again to the 17th!! Do you think I’m not working?!

    Such terrible service from @bt_uk. Broadband in new home supposed to be switched on Weds 8th. Fault found. Fault promised to be fixed by Fri 17th. It wasn’t. Engineer due today between 1 and 6pm. S/he wasn’t. Utterly awful, disrespectful service that’s impacting my work. Not cool

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach my fibre was supposed to be installed in 19th Oct. Just had a call to say 'I'm sorry, but we have no news'. Bizarre. Now you've sent a txt telling me you are going to call to see 'if there is anything you can help with'. Yes. what about installing my bband?

    @bt_uk any word on sorting out our internet? You cancelled the engineer and then altered the order to say their visit was completed, but thankfully we have evidence. Probably some of the worst service we've ever had within the last week.

But I’ve been issued a 10 day bill from 22/02/21 to 02/03/21 with the service being cut off on 22/02/21. No bt sport!

    @bt_uk Should have trusted my gut instinct before signing up to a 24 month contract with you... Service you provide is sub-standard, and refusal to provide a resolution... plus then demanding I pay a cancellation fee. @Ofcom is this something that I should contact you about?
