Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT
