@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

No Clue what’s going on with my wifi at the moment - seems to be working normally (50mbs download), but whenever it go into a multiplayer game like overwatch or DBD, nothing seems to work (200 ping) @bt_uk only came out last week to fix an issue, so i don’t know what’s going on…

@bt_uk hub is on 24/7 but you always find it showing off line?. You don't need to test the speed I am getting what fibre 2 NOW says I should, Down 64m > 52m, UP 19.9m > 13m. Obviously deliberate decision to throttle my local box or exchange WHY? What do BT marketing have to say.

@bt_uk Well, in the end there were 4 houses in our street that had a loss of service due to workman severing cable on Saturday night. Because it was a multiple house problem, Openreach worked on the fault on Monday and now sorted. Will return mini hub tomorrow Thanks
