BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

And BT refused to ask for information from Openreach (as BT is openreach's customer + boss) when I raised as a complaint.
