    @bt_uk there is a WiFi Outage in the Kilsby area CV23 8YG we have had no WiFi since Wednesday can I have an update in a tweet don’t send me links as I can not do anything with them as no WiFi, we just need an update on the works I have reached out and no reply @OpenreachHelp

    @bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

    @bt_uk Reported a fault with Fibre 1 Halo. Received email stating I need to book an appt with an engineer. Click the link which opens fault tracker. same fault tool I have already done to get to this point. Online chat suggests calling. Calling suggests online chat! Help!

    It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @CraigWood_ @btsport Ah bad luck. A lot of their plans include it on small screen with an £8 upgrade to use it on your TV. Most don’t know it though

    @SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

    I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk Anyone else had appalling services from @bt_uk? The worst thing I've ever done 3 months ago is order FTTP, now have no broadband at all and a phone number none of my friends or family know, no sign of resolution either

    @bt_uk third time in this year broadband is faulty and again impossible to speak to someone in person. Please can you provide a phone number that puts you through to a human. Fix options a long way away and not possible with work

    @bt_uk No. Problem is either first or second network hop so I’m the exchange. Engineer today closed the fault apparently without a fix. The image I attached to the first tweet demonstrates the issue clearly
