@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

@bt_uk If I’m honest, I would rather you terminate my contract now, so I can look at alternative providers which actually work!

@virginmedia Ah well 🤷 I wasted 90 minutes trying to stay a customer. The ball is very much in your court now. The @bt_uk offer is much better, and so far, no lies!

  • Kyle_ashby_
Kyle (@Kyle_ashby_) reported from Rugby, England

@bt_uk Your internet is so bloody awful. Worse provider ever. Shame my dad pays it, but once I pay it, I’m never going to BT. The internet literally disconnects you randomly and you sometimes have to reinsert the password.

  • lisacb76

As if being battered by Ajax isn’t bad enough we have to listen to @jjenas8 and his dire commentary. Please @btsport turn him off 😳🙉🙊

  • Brendinio
Brendan (@Brendinio) reported from Coventry, England

@btsport why do i bother subscribing for your service when I can get better free streams. Currently 3sec of picture then freeze for 30secs before playing another 3secs and freezing again. Normally it's a 30sec sound package on loop. Every #ucl game. Your service isn't worth it.

@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.

@bt_uk Does it on multiple browsers and devices. Look like the website has a problem, rather than me. As it’s your website maybe you should be contacting the technical team? Just a thought, like

  • snowlingc

@bt_uk Your missing the point, your engineer installed full fibre today but it is still not working after 7 hours of flashing pink

  • GraemeDavis

i’m trying and failing to report a broadband problem to @bt_uk - online is an endless loop to linecheck (fault found), chat message won’t open, phone sends to txt not a person, txt is a very long wait on a charged-for line. How does anyone ever contact BT?

  • CollinsLarissa
    Larissa Collins🇱🇹🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@CollinsLarissa) reported

@bt_uk So you’re making an upgrade I never asked for and it’s still cost me over an hour on the phone because you can’t get your appointments in the right order. I don’t care about your rigid systems - I’m the customer. I care even less that ‘AI did it’ - you trained it.

  • AlexaOByrne
    Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported

@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
