    @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @T3RRAF0RM @bt_uk No. Xcloud is using off site servers. Xcloud console streaming is using console hardware. No interest in stadia at all. I'm in the beta for xcloud and it runs seamlessly (for me) even when on a 4g network.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they don’t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! They’ve still been great πŸ‘πŸ½

    @T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

    Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for Β£12pm but only the new customers price of Β£18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

    @bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?

    @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🀯🀯🀯🀯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

    I’ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do🀬🀬🀬
