@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@Ofcom It’s not really a complaint I’d like to make to be honest its just clearer for the main central directory @bt_uk provider to open up direct requests if there not with BT they’d like to be listed without going through current CP which many small CPs struggle to deal with BT.

@joware1 Jo, I would have preferred to have stayed with BT. However my BT Bills are going up and up and up and up! My conclusion is BT do not care about their customers. BT are a huge British company. Customer Inertia is an integral part of it's success story, @bt_uk. Sad but True!
