    @bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโ€™s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโ€™t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

    @bt_uk is it is acceptable for elderly customers to be disregarded as they do not use a mobile phone? Engineers due 8-1 today, agent I'm speaking to today has IT issues and keeps getting disconnected... I need to speak to a manager ASAP as agent isn't doing that

    Shocking from @bt_uk ... mum and step dad ordered broadband 3 weeks ago for new property, engineer booked for today, doesnโ€™t turn up. Ring them and told no network is built and wonโ€™t be for a while, yet website says everythingโ€™s up and running! Complaint made.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think youโ€™ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, Iโ€™ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesnโ€™t work when Iโ€™m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. Iโ€™ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

    @PeterRicke63494 @JamesMelville Live sport from an outlet like BTSport (now renamed) is also covered by the BBC licence fee. I think live sport on any streaming service like YouTube would be the same, but not watching an old video of something or other on the same channel. Its a daft system.

    @StokeyyG2 @martynziegler Never paid to watch champions league since it was first on btsport. Started out as a deal with sky for an ยฃ5 a month. Then increased to ยฃ10 then ยฃ30. Been streaming it since

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldnโ€™t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home
