Theyโre completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate itโs distressing them!

Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone lineโs working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didnโt happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk Iโve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then Iโm sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives โ look into it โ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!
