Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@T3RRAF0RM @StadiaWorks @Webby317 @bt_uk On my s10 plus it works great. Connection takes about 2-3 minutes to settle down (lag on controls) but after that I dont notice anything. Looks great on the little screen to! But I wouldn't pay for the service atm.

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk Thank you Lisa @bt_uk will do. My Wi-Fi disc disappeared off its packaging, mysteriously being delivered with the broken shrink wrap. Tracking it down to see where it is and after questioning it going missing was told it was found and handed in but now can’t get hold of anyone.

@bt_uk 3 nights in a row my Internet has dropped out, this happens weekly. I pay crazy prices for a poor service, numerous technicians out to say nothings wrong with it. I wont be staying & should be able to end my contract early due to your company not fulfilling its part of it.
