    @btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    @bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

    @bt_uk Signed up for fibre. Previous system US. BT suggest hybrid device as interim. 3 hybrids, 2 hubs, and 6 calls to help line later, can't make any of it it work! Call today... 'Oh, it won't work until your full fibre is connected in 2 weeks time!' Arghhhh!

    @btsportrugby @btsport your iPad and iPhone apps don’t seem to be streaming to Apple TV for me today, which is a nuisance. Is there a fix for this?
