    @BTCare Line has dial tone but crackles and hub light orange. It's deja vu. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

    @BaseballBrit @btsport @MLB @Twitter To be fair @btsport are better than most other channels - usually two games a night on their ESPN channel. Too many Yankees and Red Sox games though and not enough @Rockies! @MLBTV just as bad - not equal coverage of all teams....🤔

    @BTCare I’ve viewed bill online. And for some reason unbeknown to me the bill has increased by £21 a month. The online team were very unhelpful and just ended online chat without me being able to respond or ask questions. They were taking 10 minutes at a time to reply. Terrible CS

    @BTCare I have never had a video buffer since I took infinity 2 unlimited. BUT WAIT... I now get video buffering since I signed up for broadband plus or whatever it’s called. I get knocked out of YouTube after 2 clips. Not happy. Sometimes my speed plummets also. What’s going on?

    @BTCare Not sure but it’s gradually got worse over time in fact since a sub box has been installed, Sky Q drops out every so often it’s slow and the range isn’t great either.
