Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.
