@bt_uk I appreciate your message, however after speaking to 9 advisors you won't be able to help either. I have emailed your CEO.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

  • CloudyThinking Gary Gould (@CloudyThinking) reported from Rochford, England

@skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

  • JonStannard Jon Stannard (@JonStannard) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England

@premierleague serious questions need to be asked about the ref and VAR. If Pickford had broken VVD leg? No action? Still accountable for his actions, the offside is irrelevant. #Peterwalton @btsport

  • stuart_dew stuart dew (@stuart_dew) reported from Rochford, England

@igoyougohugo9 @btsport Join the long queue everybody seems to be having problems

Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

So @btsport take my money, send me a million emails about taking my money but can’t log in to watch the UFC tonight or find anyone to help me. Proper shit show.

  • davegow1 whenpateswentup (@davegow1) reported from Chilham, England

@bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?

  • Flanners999 Keith Flanagan (@Flanners999) reported from Thundersley, England

@BTCare @btsport 40+ minutes holding and on a call to BT just now, couldn’t resolve my issue so just cut me off. No callback! 😡

  • stone_craig Craig Stone (@stone_craig) reported from Gillingham, England

@Adamdrew1979 @btsport @TheVanaramaNL Having the same issue mate and during the dartford game the streaming just stops for the last 10 mins and says I’ve ran out of time! Shambles!!!

  • pearce_albert Albert Pearce (@pearce_albert) reported from Bapchild, England

@bt_uk It’s crap I have lost 5 BBC and itv channels

  • JohnGalley99 John Galley (@JohnGalley99) reported from Great Wakering, England

I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

  • baldybeardyguy Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

  • DanHewitt2011 Daniel Hewitt (@DanHewitt2011) reported from Gillingham, England

@bt_uk Wouldn’t it be an idea to put out a tweet explaining that to everyone in this area because so far reading on here and Facebook the communication has been poor and no one really knows what’s happening

  • HenryHershel1 That Poet Guy (@HenryHershel1) reported from Innellan, Scotland

@bt_uk It was on my pc, its the lowest ive seen tobe fair. but it measures below spec more than within it since the service started. Shame you cant ring wholesale n get em to check next time they are out, which is pretty frequent

  • pctzobrien Phill O'Brien (@pctzobrien) reported

@bt_uk @bt_uk only 15 minutes into the call they put me on hold and looped me back to the start. Explain again. now being transferred again 45 minutes into the call. still no resolution. Frustrating isn't the word! still listening to hold music!!!

  • KB127 Keith B (@KB127) reported

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

  • Yaren59268170 Yaren (@Yaren59268170) reported

@btsport @ManCity If your conscience is not disturbed by the killing of children, then there is a big problem. Israel subjects the Palestinian people to ethnic cleansing. This is not a war! Keeping silent is not a matter of choice, it means being a part of the massacre and brutality. #HopeToGaza

  • Fuzzzbucket Mal Rob (@Fuzzzbucket) reported

@bt_uk Hi, my mum's been without telephone and Internet now for four days. She's elderly and lives on her own in the country with no immediate neighbours. She's had no response since reporting the fault. Could you help and let me know what's happening please?

  • po29 Paul Oxley (@po29) reported

@bt_uk I think I can if I have a recurring fault and you’re not rectifying it. You’re failing your end of a contract. I haven’t even been sent any confirmation emails. Dreadful service.

  • davison_antonia Antonia Davison (@davison_antonia) reported

@bt_uk hey, we have no broadband or landline service since last Wednesday, and I have now waited in 5 hours this morning for an engineer to not turn up, to be told they 'might' come tomorrow or Wednesday. Two adults in this house need broadband to do our jobs! I am livid.

  • SueSuezep sue#NHSLove💙💙💙#FBNHS (@SueSuezep) reported

Anyone else find @bt_uk useless when there is a problem, or just me?

  • TheRealMrsBash Rachel B (@TheRealMrsBash) reported

@bt_uk I'm in Cornwall where EE has terrible 4G coverage. I'm having BT installed and are having issues. The mini hub does not work at all. Plan B?!

  • Ollie26286199 Ollie (@Ollie26286199) reported

@bt_uk Well no, this is the speed you've offered us for years and quite frankly it's criminal that you're charging us £43 for it. AirBand are offering us 250mbps down and 50mbps up, given that OfCom set the minimum service requirement to 10mbps down and 1mbps last year, this isn't good.
