Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, EnglandWeek 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

Jon Stannard (@JonStannard) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@premierleague serious questions need to be asked about the ref and VAR. If Pickford had broken VVD leg? No action? Still accountable for his actions, the offside is irrelevant. #Peterwalton @btsport
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.
-
whenpateswentup (@davegow1) reported from Chilham, England@bt_uk Still waiting for internet to be activated, was told 28/9/2020, made several calls to you, today I was told there is no capacity at the nearest junction box, why do you offer a service you cannot supply?
-
Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. -

-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, EnglandNearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gavin Curran (@aimdestroyer) reported@bt_uk please upgrade your mobile app. It is shocking. Can’t link to see accounts and payment set ups just buffer - awful
-
Allan Hailstone (not Alan) (@allhailtwit) reported@bt_uk Hi ... I have a fault ref. no. from 12 July but when I login to track it, it says not found or "access denied". I have no phone service at all and have heard nothing from BT by email. Please advise. Thanks AH
-
Tablet Science (@TabletScience) reported@bt_uk I can't get access to my btinternet email account and there is absolutely no way to contact BT. Every way they give to contact them doesn't work. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?
-
Owen (@OwenJBlanche) reported@bt_uk sort your Internet out been crap for over a week in our place
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.
-
Barbara Starkey (@brassbubs) reported@bt_uk when are you going to fix your ruddy website. We have been unable to access our account since May! You replied that there is no fault. You are liars. We shall ve looking at leaving you and going to a company that actually cares
-
Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.
-
Justine (@bean0509) reportedCustomer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.
-
The Version | Upgrade your downtime (@theversionhq) reported@mongrelcelt @bt_uk You’ve clearly never dealt with @skytv
-
Ellma Cearuilin Franciscan🎗️ (@CCearuilin) reportedRecommendations required for broadband. Currently with @bt_uk but their customer service is crap. Do any of them provide a decent service for a reasonable price? #bt
