Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

. @bt_uk I need to call someone who can handle a complaint. I have been told that it is impossible arrange a contract with myself while there is an expiring contract at my home. Meaning I have to have my connection disconnected, so I can't work before I can even start the process
