    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    @OpenreachHelp we’ve been waiting since October 28th (3 MONTHS!!) for @WeAreOpenreach to fix a faulty telephone pole so that @bt_uk can set up our broadband finally. 3 months with temp WiFi under lockdown, endless promised timelines, and still no sign - PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE

    @bt_uk just take you money and leave you without phone or o teemed for over 3 weeks! Knocking the “update date” down the road for as long as they can! Very update I’ve had for the past 22 days has just been another update date, nobody knows anything, nobody can tell you anything

    @bt_uk why is it taking so long for you to fix the damage your services team have done? I’ve had not internet or phone since the 13th October and all I get is an update to tell me you’ll update me soon? BT are shocking!

    @bt_uk been without internet since this morning and only now told it will take an engineer on the 9th to try and fix the problem, not with our household but their systems. 5 days paying for internet service WITHOUT any internet - amazing service guys…

    @bt_uk Thanks, the team are being told nothing by openreach other than “we’ll update you on another date” it’s just getting kicked down the park and nobody is doing anything about it! I know tomorrow’s update will be exactly the same, BT civils damaged it and I’m just left waiting

    Having to work which means I have to battle with the ridiculous Internet ... really wish we hadn't gone with @bt_uk never had such a bad service. Between constant drops of speed mixed with complete outages this is a soul crushing uphill struggle. Not in the mood at all.
