@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

@bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

@bt_uk Exactly what I said. Upgraded our package. Router sent out to us. Next day you lock out BT Sports. Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.

Well done @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach you have cancelled my grans phone line by mistake and left a vulnerable 83 year old without her help line for the next few weeks until you can reconnect it. Surely you can expedite the process for the elderly who rely on their phone line
