Martin King (@MartinK1ng) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandI don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service
-
🌱💙Helen (@BrambleMum) reported from Matlock, England@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."
-
Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandAwful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.
-
Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England@bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways
-
Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandAppalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@mattharvey07 @bt_uk At this rate I’ll be doing the same. Problem is they have cut me off so I have absolutely no phone line or broadband until they do something about it
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandIf it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up
-
Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.
-
Call the Martini Police (@JohnBarcock) reported from Barlborough, EnglandTypical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too
-
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers
-
b (@shelbybol) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!
-
Chelsea Nicholson (@ChelseaRebecca8) reported from Brimington, England@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.
-
Jamie Shaw (@jamie_shaw) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, EnglandSo it looks as though @bt_uk’s internet went down overnight; how do I claim my BT Plus compensation. 0 Mbps is definitely below the threshold…@BTCare

-
The Evolution Of Life (@TEOL85) reported@bt_uk Everyone's new BT fibre phoneline is going out to random less than a minute orange light outages at the moment and the internet going down with it. -
Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means I’m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.
-
Caz Morgan (@CazMorgan5) reported@bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
-
susie dolphin (@Sudo_1962) reported@btbusinesscare broadband cable has come down in the road and now several residential and business premises without broadband for 4 days. John Upham (@jeupham) reported@WeAreOpenreach OR sent a text this am saying my fault had been FIXED. However, the landline is STILL dead and has been dead since March 10th. I live alone and am a pensioner. @bt_uk @Ofcom Help!
-
Steve Thatcher (@stevethatch77) reported@bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

Lizzie 🏴🇬🇧🌹 (@Dizzylizzie19) reported@AliIndge @bt_uk Hi, I've tried again but was told it could be up to 10 days to fix
