I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

@bt_uk Hi. I’ve got a home Wi-Fi 3 disc set and a smart hub 2. If I pair the discs with the hub properly, do they assume the Wi-Fi network address & password of the Hub. I cannot seem to find this answer. Thanks.

Wow, @BT_uk customer service has got to be the worst. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, no show. Rescheduled for today, no show. Now they want to wait until the 21st to come out. That will be a month since the problem. Not good enough. And no, BT, I will NOT dm you.

Got sent a teeny weeny mini hub (not used but opened) when I had landline problems by @bt_uk who have since sent a few reminders to send it back. On My BT cannot find the 'Return my kit' they seem to think is easy to do since no returns package was included.

@bt_uk Wow BT - really exceptional at being appalling … took us 2 days to get a response via customer services - and that was only via chat. Supposedly booked an engineer but it turns out they didn’t. So a week down the line we still have no help #CustomerService #dreadful

@bt_uk So they've replied its working fine. However, when I switch my phones hotspot on and use that to stream stuff instead it works fine. However, your broadband won't support it properly? Think it's time I find a better provider
