    @bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

    @bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!

    Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    Anyone else cancelled their @btsport account and had the service switched off ASAP and still charged for the 30 day notice period? Suggest you check, got a few quid back as a gesture of goodwill!

    @bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

    @mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

    @bt_uk shocking service BT been trying to resolve an ongoing WiFi issue (3 years now).... only to be cut off after another 1.5 hours on the phone

    If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

    If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @bt_uk has to be worst ISP out there. Ordered BT over a month ago. Activation date 25th of feb. Pushed back to the 4th of march, called on the 5th with no activation to be told it was accidentally cancelled. Re ordered, new order was cancelled a day later due to 1/3

    @bt_uk Why are you forcing the rolling out of Digital Voice when landlines and medical devices will not work if there is a power outage? Telling people to use mobile phones instead is not an option in many areas with poor mobile reception.

    @bt_uk I am being arm twisted to pay £184 to exit my account. I am not going to another service provider but just leaving the country. They provided a poor broadband service and technical solution was to increase capacity, not more money per month but no one made it clear it would be a

    @bt_uk @ChristianJW1968 Since BT have taken away reliable landlines and placed them through the internet, the prices should surely go down for a less reliable service? If the power is down or wifi playing up, we can’t make an emergency call. Not everyone uses mobiles or gets a reliable signal.

    @bt_uk Hi, been without my subscription TV channels for a few days now, tried re-tuning and updating the box- nothing worked. Is there an external issue? The on-screen link goes blank, my online account shows no fault with billing. Paying for nothing at the moment.
