Call the Martini Police (@JohnBarcock) reported from Barlborough, England

Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

  • KeirNFFC
Keir (@KeirNFFC) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

Robbie Savage is the worst commentator I’ve ever heard #BTSport #EuropaLeagueFinal

  • jfagej
Jason Fage (@jfagej) reported from Chesterfield, England

@btsportfootball @btsport @GaryLineker you wouldn’t mind if you were not paying £25 a month for it but can BT Sport get the crowd noise on please ? Same average service as last week

  • craftyandcute
Joanna (@craftyandcute) reported from Derbyshire, England

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

  • james7baker
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

@DebKnibbs @bt_uk I shall certainly be taking my custom elsewhere. I can’t believe how poor the service is.

  • mybriteside
Tony Lormor (@mybriteside) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

Again, poor service from @bt_uk, I think that's a complaint every month I have been with you now

  • james7baker
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

  • DanWestwell
Dan Westwell 🇬🇧 (@DanWestwell) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

    @adamsummerton @TheVanaramaNL @btsport Got a bad feeling it will be a 7.45pm kick off.

  • james7baker
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

  • andytoon30
andrew anthoney 🍋 (@andytoon30) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@btsport is there an option to mute the biased commentary team? Don’t mind the crowd noise but the commentators are shocking! #nufc. However we have been terrible too, everything we worked hard on for nothing

  • chrish11072
chris holmes (@chrish11072) reported from Matlock, England

@btbusinesscare where do I make a complaint to? Your website is useless!! ( that’s not my complaint)

  • james7baker
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

@bt_uk what time are you open today? I was expecting a call this morning to sort out my broadband issues which are due to your incompetence. As yet I’ve heard nothing

  • shelbybol
b (@shelbybol) reported from Derbyshire, England

@bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!

  • MartinKunRoome
Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England

@bt_uk hi. Having subscription channel issues on the BT TV package I’ve recently upgraded too via the employee intranet. It had all been ok but now they’ve gone. My confirmation monthly bill wasn’t quite right also. Could you check please. Thanks.

  • Gav1981

  • james7baker
James Baker (@james7baker) reported from Derbyshire, England

@mattharvey07 @bt_uk I already have, more than once. Though @bt_uk take around 45 mins to speak to you. I call Sky and get through almost straight away. I just can’t believe how they can be so bad

  • steph_woodward1
Stephanie Woodward (@steph_woodward1) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

@btsport trying to cancel mt BT Sports for 2 days now, phone constantly rings out, no other way of contact , how do I go about cancelling....

  • james7baker

Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

  • simon_ferrar
Simon Ferrar (@simon_ferrar) reported from Derbyshire, England

so by email is down and has been for at least 45 minutes - nothing on BT twitter or website. Lots of people asking the same question. Any response @bt_uk

  • andy_gray
    andy grey (@andy_gray) reported

@bt_uk I can’t resolve ‘online’ a phone fault. It’s for my blind 87 year old father who hasn’t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?

  • jueandgaz
    Julie Chrimes (@jueandgaz) reported

@btbusinesscare I’m sick to death of trying to get my issue solved, 6 months and you still haven’t sorted it, shame on BT Business 😡

  • _JoshDenham
    Josh (@_JoshDenham) reported

@bt_uk So the service is down according to the website, but nothing anywhere before logging into my account, or yourselves here, acknowledged that beforehand. When can I expect my access to the broadband to be back?

  • 11cemetarygates
    caroline jones (@11cemetarygates) reported

@WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no one’s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.

  • EddieCrouch
    Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reported

After 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?

  • RSh234
    Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported

@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!

  • simboman
    Simboman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@simboman) reported

@bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  • PatrickNeylan
    Patrick Neylan (@PatrickNeylan) reported

@bt_uk I want to delete an account. Delete, erase, destroy. The account holder is dead. Your website doesn't help here. How do I do this?

  • JHNaismith
    James (Jim) Naismith (@JHNaismith) reported

Usually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.

  • JGMacColl
    Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported

    @bt_uk You don't give a ****, do you?
