    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk My mum had been with you over 40 years and only missed the last bill payment because she died - she’d been a loyal customer and this is what we get while trying to sort it out. I would have paid - the letter she got said she had until the 14th to pay so that’s not even up!

    Terrible bereavement service from @bt_uk who think it's ok to make the executor directly liable for the bill without disclosing how much it is. If e.g. no money in estate it doesn't matter. Wld need to engage a solicitor against BT company policy. Bizarre. @MartinSLewis @BTGroup

    @bt_uk Absolutely disappointed with service from customer service technical team, who have not resolved my complaints but seems ok to close them. Have waited months for issue to be resolved NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

    @bt_uk On my phone I'm getting what I should be getting but on my PC I only get about 30mb/s down and 1mb/s up. Granted I am connecting wirelessly but obviously so is my phone and the tests were done in the same room next to each other... I've bought a 30m ethernet cable in hope 1/2

    @jamclarkey @bt_uk Even after using the digital phone connection the line is still not working. Phone is dect and went into green connection OK but no phone line Why am I not surprised
