Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

@bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call on 23/24, I was then advised it was scheduled for yesterday. I’ve still not received that call and my complaint has not been dealt with. You continue to excel at poor customer service

@mattharvey07 @bt_uk At this rate I’ll be doing the same. Problem is they have cut me off so I have absolutely no phone line or broadband until they do something about it

@bt_uk don’t connect us on 15 Dec. Disconnect the line on 23 Dec. Told I will receive a call on 23/24 to talk about my complaint. Now told we’ll be connected 6 Jan. Also told I’ll not now receive a call until 29 Dec. Such incompetence and disregard for paying customers

@bt_uk Funnily enough no. I also didn’t receive a call two days ago as promised, to speak to me about my complaint. The service I’ve received has been nothing short of very poor. I still have no telephone line or broadband, cut off by BT and openreach on 23 Dec

If it wasn’t bad enough that @bt_uk cancelled our broadband connection when it should have transferred to them in 15 Dec. Besides telling me there is no way to connect us for Christmas, I now receive an email this morning asking to return the BT equipment. You couldn’t make it up

@bt_uk what time are you open today? I was expecting a call this morning to sort out my broadband issues which are due to your incompetence. As yet I’ve heard nothing

If you’re considering using @bt_uk for phone and broadband, I would advise you don’t bother. Should have been connected on 15 Dec, I’m now told that I won’t have a connection until 6 Jan. I’ve never received such poor service and they don’t even seem to care

@virginmedia No chance, I’ve spent far too much time on the phone to you mob, this problem and the unreliable broadband. With @bt_uk for years, left for £££ reasons but you get what you pay for I guess! I’ll continue to highlight my issues on here until things are sorted.

@bt_uk I have zero issue with those highlights. I had and have an issue agreeing to a payment before he's even come out to look at it
-

Haha, @BTCare is apparently "Closed" despite being verified and @bt_uk is where it's at. Can't even get socials support right. Meanwhile my online complaint is being transferred to a super because "it has to be actioned or closed". If BT actioned the cancel, I wouldn't complain.
-
Ian Pritchard
(@IanPrit44337002) reported
@bt_uk Yes you do, and not once did I argue them. What I argued with was your not sending someone out to look at the issue unless I agree d to the charges beforehand

@bt_uk I've been without broadband since overnight Wednesday/Thursday. I've now spent two and a half hours on the phone with you and I've now been told that no one can help get my broadband back on until Monday. Is there anything you can do to speed things up?
-

@ealexhudson @BTCare BT Sport's purchasing model is what happens when you let a telecom company set up a tv service. Unspeakable badness driven by a desire to not build a new sales system.
-

@bt_uk My speed has suddenly dropped from ~50-60Mbps down to about 25Mbps, and restarting the router isn't fixing it. This is less than half the speed I should be getting and I'm not happy at all.
-
Tina Reynolds
(@tinamreynolds) reported
Told I'd get a call back from @bt_uk between 2pm and 4pm today. Obviously, they didn't call. So I called them. Apparently, I now need to wait to Monday before anything can happen. Does anyone know how long you need to be without service before the contract counts as breached?

@btsport (which we have) is due to show Leicester v Leinster but isn’t, because Munster v Toulouse is gone to ET. So, @btsport move the Leicester v Leinster match to BTMax which many (inc us) don’t have. Seems like a breach of service contract…..irritating.

Bought a BTSport Monthly pass today to watch the Champions League final. But I couldn't cancel the monthly renewal. You can't cancel until the payment has been 'processed', which unlike other websites, they claim can take 24-48 hours. @btsport have always been scam merchants.
