Kate Rogers 🇺🇦🇪🇺🌿 (@katelouise02) reported from Chesterfield, EnglandI’ve filled in a feedback form on your website. He was in a BT Openreach van but think that’s you rather than @bt_uk? I needed to get to work (and I’d forgotten my snow shovel after clearing the road this morning!) so this was a huge help. He’s a credit to your company.
-
Simon Ferrar (@simon_ferrar) reported from Derbyshire, Englandso by email is down and has been for at least 45 minutes - nothing on BT twitter or website. Lots of people asking the same question. Any response @bt_uk

Martin Roome (@MartinKunRoome) reported from Derbyshire, England@bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.
-
Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. 🌱💙Helen (@BrambleMum) reported from Matlock, England@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."
-
John Simpson (@JPSimpson88) reported from Worksop, England@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.
-
