4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Superb service from @bt_uk after Mondays epic lightning storm knocked off our phone line and broadband. Mini hub, new hub and engineer all within just over 24hrs.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!
