    @bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

    @bt_uk Been given 4 dates saying someone will be out to look at why our broadband is not working from the outside which how you can fix it without seeing it been like this now on and off for months you fix it for 5 mins then now its totally useless paying out for nothing

    @bt_uk Yes, the speed was way below what it should be. He moved and replaced the master socket (6mbps). Speeds now much better, but dropped out completely several times today. Open world are monitoring, so it will hopefully settle down

    My grandad who relies on his landline has been without a line since Saturday! This has been reported and chased up. His emergency *** button doesn't work without the landline so he is completely cut off. 72 hours! Shocking. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @Ofcom
