    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    @bt_uk hi. I moved home and had my services transferred. No problem. Today I have received an email saying I will be charged for ending the contract early and received another email about returning kit?

    4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

    @bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

    @bt_uk Move away from BT as they do not know what you are doing, rang them Sunday they messed up. Got to wait till Monday, do not use BT or leave them very poor company. If I had the money to pay them off I would be gone.

    @bt_uk I have never experienced duplicate charges from any other company with whom I have a direct debit. Thank you for your automated message but that isn’t good enough. Why has this happened and WHEN will this be refunded?

    @bt_uk Moved to BT & you mucked up the connection Have booked an engineer line dead email I was promised with the details of when this visit would happen, but no mail no phone & stuck in waiting in vain. V frustrating U prices up but decreasing service. Complaint # vol013- 758520606751

    @FairlyCatTTV @TalkTalk & sky are the two I’ve had the worst experiences with. So far @bt_uk haven’t let me down yet and will refund you if there is any interruption to your service. They are a tad pricy tho.

    @bt_uk broadband price is being raised from £42 to £48. Extortionate! It’s just me and my partner in a one bedroom flat, we don’t even use a landline. Stuck in a contract and no help from customer service. Will not be renewing in the future
