Hey @bt_uk there is a line fault at my mother in law's in CW7 3 (winsford). Her emergency call button is connected to line. Can you prioritise this fault if possible? Thanks!

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?
