    @bt_uk No, no reference. I was told I would receive an 'order form' for the gift 2 weeks after installation but have never received anything

    @bt_uk terrible customer service. Still no broadband to my elderly parents even after being promised it would be back on within 3 hrs. 20hrs later nothing and no explanation. Disgusting way to treat your customers.

    @bt_uk It's a home hub 5 and I've lost track of how long I've been complaining about this issue but it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say more than a year.

    @BTCare full of broken promises. Elderly parents still left with no broadband disputes being promised it would be back up and running within 3 hr. Almost 20hr later still nothing and no communication as promised. Is this how you treat your customers. It obviously is 👎🏻
