@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk Are we able to cancel a super fast Fibre 100 installation contract and stick with our std service? We took out a new contract on the 2nd July but no news on installation. BT are now charging us a penalty (over £10 per month extra)for staying with an expired contract?

@CWU @bt_uk staff are being threatened with HR, gross misconduct, and other offenses for expressing their dissatisfaction with BT CEO. Censorship, unable to post on internal comms if showing strike support or CWU graphics, and bans. All being used to undermine employee action.
