4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

Superb service from @bt_uk after Mondays epic lightning storm knocked off our phone line and broadband. Mini hub, new hub and engineer all within just over 24hrs.

Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk @Pixelated_Otaku Except 'keep connected' is flawed. Last time your service dropped in my neighbourhood you were reluctant to (and didn't) post a mini hub to me because you reckoned the service would be reconnected the next day anyway. At best it's "minimise downtime" not "keep connected".
