Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

Sadly apparently its only for houses on the south side of our road - so frustrating. When do you expect to have it available to houses on the North side of the road, ie the even numbers SO53 1JT
