I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Excellent customer care!!!!
