@bt_uk hi. We have a BT Infinity hub. WiFi doesn’t work when I’m in my bedroom on my iPhone. Just kicks me out and back onto 4G. On my iPod, I have to be sitting in the middle of my bed to get WiFi. I’ve tried resetting iPhone network and the hub to no avail. Might have to get +

@bt_uk @BTCare Dear Sir, I am writing regarding my business account number GP 0110 3416. I have not had Wi-Fi for the past two months. Each time I report the issue, I receive a new router, and now I have three routers, none of which work. An engineer recently came and discovered that the fault is in the line. They made an appointment to come last Monday, but they did not show up. Since then, I have been trying to contact them, and they keep promising to get back to me, but no one does. Much of the time, I end up speaking to representatives in India, who say they do not have the authority to resolve this matter. Can you please assist me? Thank you. This situation is frustrating, and it seems like British companies are struggling because of a lack of pride in their work. Sincerely, Lord Rami Ranger FRSA

We have @EE complete WiFi powered by @BTCare and it’s 100% failed. The home hub power plug cannot power the internet but the complete WiFi doesn’t kick in cause there is no fault on the line. So I’m paying for an extra service that doesn’t kick in when you need it

Can someone from @bt_uk @BTCare please explain how the scammers, especially those based overseas, can access 'inoperative' or 'not in- service' landline and UK mobile numbers, and so many of them, to make their fake calls? I receive at least one a week.
