    Sad but our poor service from  @BT_uk  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    @Greg__Holmes @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I raised a complaint with them last week about my broadband constantly dropping out, heard nothing until they sent me a text just to say my complaint is closed! No investigation, no communication. Useless.

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @bt_uk as an existing customer your tv ad is really annoying. My 16mb broadband cost me £43.50 per month. Way, way, way more than the offer price and even the post offer price. Ever felt #rippedoff ? @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk appalling service having our line connected, the telephone cable from post to house left loose and dangling, total safety hazard!! Disgraceful response when we complained!

    The @bt_uk website said no faults in the area, but did offer a "text us and we'll check your line" service. I texted it. Texts back and forth a couple of time - line refreshed, no change - broadband still out.

    @bt_uk OMG .... you have the worst internet in the entire world .... in fact UK IS THE WORST .... 21’ century and feels like dial up ... unreal .... Some of the european countries startup pack is 1gb and you call 32mb FIBER ???? gaming online and watching tv +cctv.... dead ..
