Ring them and told no network is built and won’t be for a while, yet website says everything’s up and running! Complaint made.

Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

Called today & next update 9th November. Absolutely disgraceful.

Chris Pont (@chrispont) reported from Kesgrave, England@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.
