Sad but our poor service from @BT_uk & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems 😣

@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@btbusinesscare My business has been seriously impacted by the phone line that BT decided to move from an office to halfway down a corridor on the ceiling. This wasn’t even the phone line they were supposed to be working on. My staff have to climb a ladder to take orders over the phone.

@bt_uk Hi, any chance you can fix our wifi? Off since last week, told we need to pay £85 for an engineer even though it's not a fault with our equipment. 2 kids homeschooling and 1 nurse trying to work from home due to isolation. Very poor customer service 😢
