@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

4 hours & counting…@bt_uk STILL not able to do anything about my order. Can’t even cancel with them till they manage to close my ‘open order’: could be today but maybe next mon. So looks like this will be ongoing when I’m on holiday!! Badly done @bt_uk

@bt_uk my Internet is down, my router is flashing purple, I have reset my router many times, reseated the BB cable, used a new BB cable and used the test socket and no change!!! While the hub is flashing purple it clicks every now and again. Is it knackered?

@BTCare You cut my broadband off today for not paying my bill when l haven't received one or a reminder. I have never been late paying in 40 years as BT customer. Heavy handed and wrong imo
