    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!πŸ˜‚

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed Β£600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than Β£23!

    @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

    @bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives β€˜ look into it β€˜ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

    @btbusinesscare Hi I followed that link but there is no way at all to report my problem. MS 365 is not even listed. I need the product key (which we are paying you for!) to keep the program active. Please send me a number for someone I can speak to.

    @bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged Β£50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!

    @bt_uk Please can you tell me why your service is so useless? You've forced us to switch over from copper to fibre, but then you haven't made the actual switch and just thought its easier to charge us for both services. Your staff are utterly clueless and inept. #btareuseless
