@bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk To be honest Alannah we have had enough of the issues, slow wifi speeds, I have records from speed tests for a month, you had an engineer out still had issues, you sent wifi discs out which only work on wireless mode1, but my skyq mini boxes only work on wireless mode 2 ???

Pretty appalled at @bt_uk response to a line fault. My mum who is 83 and shielding reported line not working last night and BT's response "we can get to you on the 25th Jan". Great, so now she is more isolated than a self isolater. Disgraceful.

@carlhendy @bt_uk It's the same with Virgin, put you on hold for 45 mins, connect you to someone with a bad voip line who spends 10 minutes trying to upsell you a service they know nothing about.

@btbusinesscare Good Morning @BTBusiness our phone system is still not working correctly and is impacting our service delivery. I can’t get through to the technical team due to lack of staff which I understand in current times, however we need this resolved.Please could I get an urgent response?

@bt_uk Hi, I've just switched to BT & since my old number transferred to the new SIM I'm now getting a 'PDP authentication' error when I try to access data. I've tried resetting the network settings and taking my SIM out and waiting before putting it back in but neither worked.
