We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!π

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk Iβve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then Iβm sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives β look into it β and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

The issue is you werenβt able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?
