@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Hi BT. I have been a customer for cant remember how long, never a problem. Now then, City Fibre are digging up the streets here. They tell me they wont sell to BT Internet. Does that mean I will never be able to have FTP with BT Internet?

@bt_uk it’s only when you have a problem, that you can measure how good a companies customer service is. So far….. dire. Can’t even get to speak to an engineer.
