@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

Hey @BTCare just did a speedtest bc my connection was slow, and it was 1.4 - 2 Mb/s until three-quarters through the test when it shot up to 23 Mb/s. Curious..

@bt_uk Hello, is there an issue with Wi-Fi? Not working in house, rebooted router 3 times and still solid orange line. Would ring but unfortunately BT put our landlines through the router so our phone doesn’t work either!!

@bt_uk 3 nights in a row my Internet has dropped out, this happens weekly. I pay crazy prices for a poor service, numerous technicians out to say nothings wrong with it. I wont be staying & should be able to end my contract early due to your company not fulfilling its part of it.

@bt_uk I've being with you guys for 3 years plus. I made a decision to switch to a different company that was cheaper. I called you to let you know. The customer service was a disgrace. Told me If I left I would be charged over £1,000.
