@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

Now 12 days without office telephone lines or broadband. @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness really know how to treat paying customers. Example - Sat appointment between 8 and 1pm with the engineer. Sat in work all morning, they never showed. Great customer relations they have.

@bt_uk why can’t by. Deliver a good signal very poor service as an engineer who I took a day off for never even turned up disappointed isn’t a strong enough word

So my mum still has no phone line a week later, she relies on this line, it saved her life earlier in the year when she used her panic button. @bt_uk seem good at verbal reassurance but very poor with action.

Decided to cancel @SkySports and @btsport after today. Firstly I’m sick of Edouard Mendy constantly being called Benjamin Mendy and secondly I’m done with the @premierleague refereeing, earning television rights money from my monthly subscription in return for that. **** off.

@bt_uk The service has been disconnected due to an unsafe pole I believe. But we have had no communication about it and with a household working from home it is causing a huge issue and we have no idea how long it will take to get reconnected.

@bt_uk no faults listed, but when I do check on my broadband it says there may be a fault and it runs tests and turns of my hub but when it powers up, I have to start the problem solving from the start.
