@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

Renewed my @bt_uk contract 4 phone & broadband. After 1 week I’ve been billed for a phone contract & delivery fee, tho received neither sim or booster promised. Tried for 3 days 2 get thru to them with no luck yet & music is TERRIBLE! BT, I am very busy 2. 2 much 2 put up with u.
