@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@SketchLisa @bt_uk I used to manage about 500 lines for a business I worked for, all with BT. It showed me their true reliability and customer service, and both were shocking. I will never have another service or product from them again.

@bt_uk The service has been disconnected due to an unsafe pole I believe. But we have had no communication about it and with a household working from home it is causing a huge issue and we have no idea how long it will take to get reconnected.

So my mum still has no phone line a week later, she relies on this line, it saved her life earlier in the year when she used her panic button. @bt_uk seem good at verbal reassurance but very poor with action.

@bt_uk no faults listed, but when I do check on my broadband it says there may be a fault and it runs tests and turns of my hub but when it powers up, I have to start the problem solving from the start.

@SketchLisa @bt_uk Creepy engineer? Complain to @bt_uk. Engineers are the face of BT and have to go into people's homes and the occupant should never have to feel that way.
