@bt_uk Iโ€™m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โ€œI promise I work on behalf of BTโ€. I said I can promise Iโ€™m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, itโ€™s dangerous and itโ€™s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโ€™s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

  • stratfordmark
    mark stratford (@stratfordmark) reported

@bt_uk Ok but as a customer that's been highly inconvenienced by @BT why dont you call me or send an email to me and we can discuss compensation? Why is it up to me to do the legwork?

  • euanwab
    Euan (@euanwab) reported

@asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk donโ€™t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

  • JohnB_Rivendell
    John Brett (@JohnB_Rivendell) reported

@btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesnโ€™t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it wonโ€™t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
