@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Thank you, it currently presents a sign in page which is frozen, greyed out and doesn’t function. Other users are experiencing the same thing it appears.
