We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk Iโm absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was โI promise I work on behalf of BTโ. I said I can promise Iโm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itโs dangerous and a disgrace and itโs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itโs unforgivable to do this in this manner.
