@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

Hi @btsport who is the best person to speak to about my current sports subscription? I've stayed up for every single day of the Ashes and for £25 have been let down. Gabba we sat watching it on a blokes phone for a period. Had 2 tests of their awful commentators 1/2
