@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk Another day with no WiFi on my phone even though I'm stood in sight of the bt hub I pay for... Should I send yee my phone bill to be reimbursed at the end of the month? At least you're consistent in how crap you are. Well done. 😑

@bt_uk More needs to be done to get fibre into certain areas. We have fibre in our village but my house can’t get it as it stops about 500m from us. Yet we are still paying fibre prices. Don’t even get me started on the reliability issues.

@bt_uk after a good start yesterday re fibre, I have had no further communication anyone have any idea what’s going on this situation! This is getting worse by the minute and I didn’t think that was possible, 1st order opened May, 3 closed down and 1hr 52 on the last phone call !

@bt_uk when will iPhone customers be able to use Wi-Fi on the London Underground? It’s a disgrace when almost every other provider / network offers their customers access to this but with BT its only available to android users. Sort it out @bt_uk @BTGroup
