  • GCDHK George Dunn (@GCDHK) reported

@bt_uk Friday plans were ‘work from home’ but because of the poor service @bt_uk I will have to work on my holiday. No one on your help desk has a clue what the problem is. How can internet provision be a week day activity.

  • DanBrennandanny Dan brennan (@DanBrennandanny) reported

@Donno79 Not one mention of the incident on the totally biased Australian Fox tv coverage which btsport uses, as well as no English presence in commentary box. Instead have to listen to the insufferable Howie who must be the worst cricket commentator ever.

  • teeny_beanie911 Teenybeanie (@teeny_beanie911) reported

  • serrocitoo kyle (@serrocitoo) reported

@JackMFellows @bt_uk yep, they've been charging us £50 a month for years and never fixed the prices for us, even though the plan we're on rn costs someone £20 a month if they wanna buy it LMFAO

  • Penny_Photopit Pvnny Bvnnvtt (@Penny_Photopit) reported

@bt_uk They’ve been raising faults since they movies in 5months ago… so not sure what good this will do. Why their temporary set up worked and the permanent one doesn’t is stupid

@bt_uk So you can complicate it more? 14 A4 pages of contacts with customer services. My aim is to warn others not for more complications. Disgraceful.
