    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐Ÿ˜‚

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed ยฃ600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than ยฃ23!

    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah, it seems that the issue is more with Sky than yourselves. Trying to resolve the problem with them at the moment. Thank you for replying though.

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    @bt_uk you are not listening...we have done that at least 4 times now...hours on the phone every time...a complaint was made in JUNE...nothing is ever done. Everyone just blames someone else. For a "communications" company you are an utter joke.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve recently bought a business in Brentwood. And I have to be honest your service your communications has my other half in tears at the moment. Disgraceful doesnโ€™t even come close to the way youโ€™ve handled things. Please DM me for information ASAP.
