@btbusinesscare @Ofcom @CitizensAdvice BT have just called me. They only see one complaint, not all of them. The phonecall continued to show on my mobile but went totally silent. I held on for another minute but nobody spoke.

@bt_uk I was told to email a person to confirm+ I have. I won’t be held responsible for being told different info. BT have been doing this to me for over a year now. My new service has started today. I was willing to pay 2 bills and a set up fee in one month. That’s how bad BT has got.

@bt_uk You say it's easy to speak to an advisor, yet you push customers to a text message service that does not allow me to reply. Every time I have to resort to calling the 'thinking of leaving us' no. and waiting for a reply to look at a fault that has been open for 5 weeks

I cannot believe that @bt_uk disconnecting the communities broadband for the second time in two months after the account being used by someone else. The account is paid by the project so surely they cannot cancel the line when the other person cancels.

@bt_uk I have managed to get someone via the 'leaving us line'. My issue isn't that it's taking ages to sort the fault out (as these things happen) just how you hide telephone and chat options. Imagine an 80-year-old trying to contact you?
