We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐

Anne Fowlds (@Annief54) reported@bt_uk want to make a complaint about EE. I am 72 technology I canโt handle. All I wanted to do was speak to a customer service they didnโt want to know. Sky at least treated me as a human, I was so upset, gave bad feedback they didnโt care
