  @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

  @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

  @bt_uk so someone changed my account and told me my monthly payments would be the same however it's now doubled and my connection is still awful. Wired I get 50mb when it's supposed to be 1000Mbps

  @bt_uk I’m a salon owner in York my business line has been down for 2 days we get pushed from piller to post then the line goes dead . In these times I can’t afford for my business line to be down this long .totally unacceptable not happy

  @bt_uk #bt ARE BLACKMAILERS! They make errors, over charge customers, make mistakes when giving refunds and compensation. Then cut you off as they claim there's a debt on the account. Managers never ring back on time. Bt closes complaints without dealing. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!
