    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

    @bt_uk hi, I signed up for broadband and tv (with nowtv entertainment package) last week. Got email saying I can watch nowtv straight away, but it's not letting me set a password (just saying try again later). I've tried a few different pws over the past few days. Any issues?

    @BTCare what has happened to your customer service. Your automatiled service says I don't have a fault. I have no dial tone. Then finally go through your ACD and it books the wrong appointment. Awful experience. 0/10 score from me.

    @bt_uk I just don't understand how my phone, on the same network, is showing 55mbps down, but my laptop is failing to register a download speed. And when it does, it's circa 2mbps?

    @bt_uk Add to this, the cables to my house are so old, I only get 50mbs, it's fairly quick, but still pretty poor for what I pay. Replace the cables, so I can have a faster connection, then maybe I'd not grumble as much.

    I mean who books an eng. appt then cancels it without telling the customer. Will you cover my loss of earning and fix my broadband. I can’t afford to lose 1/4 of my rent in a cost of living crisis waiting round for eng that don’t turn up @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp #CostOfLiving

    @bt_uk @stephenklong Why does BT keep saying sorry? Obviously they aren't sorry at all. Just because the contract says they can increase charges by that amount doesn't mean they have to. And the staff trying to justify this have probably just had a crap pay rise too.

    62 days long, my @bt_uk internet outage. In that time, I could've downloaded 42.9TB of data over the 64Mb/s bandwidth I'm still paying for. 7 missed resolution dates. Paid £61.09 in bills, owed £504.00 compensation. @WeAreOpenreach ongoing SSKMD MSO for 116 days. #stilloffline
