    10 years a customer of @virginmedia and they just tell you that if you want to reduce your bill to a reasonable amount you can’t and their first offer is to disconnect you... which takes 30 days. Looking forward to something new with @SkyUK or @bt_uk now. #Shambles

    @bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

    @bt_uk The signal is slow, dropping and disappearing altogether! It is not reliable! Tried reporting though finding anything on BT website is a major task in itself! Any time I test the speed and connection it tells me it’s good and no fault. #Homehub5

    @bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

    @bt_uk so last night u tell me my router has a problem & fault will be escalated. No one can find this & now u tell me that it’s the line & I have to wait until Monday! Make up ur minds! Then call centre worker asks if they can close the complaint! No u can’t until it’s fixed!

    @virginmedia Today I have been told that installation will take 2 more months! This is just insane customer service- I am trying bring it forward by a few days and you are trying to delay it by months! Phew!! Hope @bt_uk can help?

    @bt_uk Glad to see BT taking complaints seriously. Logged complaint and advisor supposed to review recorded call and ring back last Friday. Still no call. Contacted advisor again and guaranteed a call back today - still no call. Thanks for taking my issues so seriously.

    @bt_uk Maybe you would be gracious enough to start to provide detailed service information publicly. I’m sure that I’ll still be charged for this 24hr of downtime, so maybe providing a little clarity as to why it’s down would be the bare minimum of customer service one would expect.

    @bt_uk No landline and broadband / to issues in CR8 since 11/08 and app still says 3 days to fix. Will there be money off next bill for the disruption? It’s almost too painful to try watch the tv or go on line.
