There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@bt_uk Hi BT, I have called (but without Wi-Fi calling) as @O2 don’t give me 4G here either it is very hard to get anywhere but in theory service should resume “today”. Literally pirates in the 1600’s had better customer service / delivery skills. So I will just whine on here

@bt_uk 4G signal is awful here, has been for a while. What's going on? I can't find any information about issues in this area for mobile signal. Getting 2 bars ATM when I normally get 5 bars with the 4g symbol. Right now it's only 2 bars. No 4G signal.

You're telling me @bt_uk that to keep up supplying my TV and Internet due to inflation you need an 11% increase next month. My current deal for a new customer is £40 which is £21 cheaper than I already pay! Shocking. I bet they don't get the 11% increase in March. #byebyeBT

@bt_uk Totally shocking service from BT. Hours wasted on the phone to resolve an issue, promised phone call today with never happened and they cancelled my BT TV services after 4 days of having it with NO explanation. Passed from person to person with NO explanation.
