@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@bt_uk very frustrated Fibre100 customer here - it should be called FIbre15!! Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @Ossiejc1 @btsport They would never have their own cameras set up in the ground. They would take the camera feed from the host broadcaster and just have their own comms. Thats the only difference between BT and Sky, the fact that BT don't have their own comms...
