Continued intermittent faults since last Sept.Have spent crazy amounts of time reporting faults and have had 3 no shows from engineers when booked. Fault reported on 4 Apr still not fixed! WHEN?!?

My tips are be super nice to them, offer them a drink, and give them space. Most are nice and you don't get charged 1/2
