Guys supposedly from @bt_uk going round the doors in EK saying my neighbours have complained of slow internet speeds. That's ok I'm on VirginMedia. They asked me to do a speed test on my phone. I told them to piss off. 1 I'm not a BT customer 2 I'm not your data source

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk hi,we have recently purchased the BT TV Box Pro. In the booklet it says we can record up to 4 programmes but not watch a 5th live - however we were recording 2 programmes and went to watch another programme and it made us cancel one. Is this capacity one for some channels?

@bt_uk You having any service issues in the east on UK right now? My download and upload speed in 3MB each, had a guy come out other day and it went back up to 40 and 15MB for a day now its back to rubbish. Is it weather related maybe or i gotta switch providers.

@bt_uk So why can I not get BtSport for free as a Bt Broadband customer? It doesn't seem right. BtSport is a commercial channel so they already get revenue from Adverts. Bt will price itself out of existence to so many people! As a pensioner I cannot afford it. Will listen to BBCRadio.

@bt_uk had a very good experience with AIDEEN.m who was very friendly and efficient in explaining what is going on. While disappointed that it may take until Thursday to resolve - at least I feel the cust. service was good.
