@bt_uk No but it appears to be a common theme. Its on your end....told you guys already I'm just going to cancel my subscription and get IPTV like rest of the country as im no longer getting the reliability im paying for.

@bt_uk We have had an absolutely shocking experience in the transition of analogue phones to iCloud which has resulted in the dental practice I work in being left with no business phone number at all. It has caused chaos in my practice and no help from iCloud support

@bt_uk If they’ve tried calling on my landline they won’t have got through, it’s not working, as I’ve repeatedly told you & which you fail to recognise. I can only be contacted on my mobile no. which I confirmed with Lee yesterday.

@bt_uk had fibre broadband fitted on 21st of June. Was tested by engineer and was a fault up road. It has still not been fixed 12 days later. Still happy to take money and change package just no broadband or digital phone we are paying for. Rubbish service.

@bt_uk I'm already back in the UK - the point was you charging £10 for 1MB of data is a complete disgrace, particularly highlighted by you charging £6 for 500MB add ons. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I'm able to. Never had charges like this with other providers @MartinSLewis
