    @bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

    @bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

    @bt_uk complaint number pls since the BT app ain’t working. This is a joke I have to wait another 5 days for an engineer to come out and fix the problem when I was told I would get service today, after 5 hours I have nothing

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone.     @bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

    @bt_uk Damn Mat you up early xD But yeah I saw the deal I wanted there, and it told me no at checkout, but suggested the same deal but instead £30/month extra than what was listed publicly, despite me already being a customer and also offered me no personalised upgrade options xD

    @bt_uk my parents switched to BT from EE 2 weeks ago but BT couldn’t connect and were told EE would be told and not cut them off. 2 weeks now and they are without internet - they live in a remote area so have no mobile signal. My mum’s just had spinal surgery and needs this now!!

    @bt_uk You pretend to cut queuing callers off after 5 mins, so they hang up. Line goes silent, then you get 3 beeps like line has been disconnected. Wait a few more secs you're back in the queue again. Happened several times recently. ***** way to manage call wait stats! #busted

    @bt_uk I have been a BT Business customer for 8 years now. In lockdown our Pilates classes were streamed via Zoom perfectly fine. The last week has been awful. Dropping out and freezing! Any suggestions on what I can do please?
