Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk what’s going on BT. My internet has been crap for months and it’s getting worse! The diagnosis tells me it’s fine but the reality is totally different! I’m using mobile data, which I pay for. I also pay for an internet connection!

Fred Parry (@fredparry3) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@bt_uk No idea what the speed is but I do know when it gets so slow you can’t load anything and revert to 4g on my mobile. The hub lights do sometimes cut out but more often it tells me I’m connected and then the loooong wait!

The live stream of the champions league final was awful. Not a lover of the @BBCiPlayer, but at least they can successfully broadcast a live event in UHD without any major issues.

Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)

Bryan (@brydopants) reported@bt_uk TV signal on BBC 1, BBC 2, STV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 is absolutely atrocious. Picture and sound constantly breaking up. I've tried retuning the box, but still unwatchable. Any idea why? It's only these channels.
