@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk your broadband availability checker only offers me up to 7mb when I already get 65mb AND openreach’s checker says I can get 1gbps what’s going on with your checker doesn’t even see FTTC which is my current service ?

Watching games on BT Sport makes you realise how poor the quality on the FA Player is. No blurring, no buffering, just better in so many ways. In fact the FA Player is so poor it makes you desperate to see games live again! Thank goodness for @btsport 🙌🏼🙌🏼

@bt_uk “Reliable WiFi in every room” - there’s a joke! My elderly parents-in-law have been reporting faults and unstable line/awful WiFi etc for 2 weeks. BT promises to send a technician and it never happens, not even a call to say they are not coming.
