@bt_uk what a disgrace.. my mum is 74 and disabled, she's now been without a phoneline for two weeks been promised engineers coming out and no one turns up.. told the problem is fixed and it isn't.. she needs her phone for safety

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@bt_uk serious rant coming. I have had nothing but issues with you since joining in January. None of them solved. Now I have no internet and I work from home. New hub on way but not until 28th. What happened to engineers coming to fix things.

There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. @bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

5 of 5 The charities still have no service fro BT @bt_uk & this is impacting on referrals. Foodbank not being received during the day. This is an essential service & families are going without food so how long will BT reinstate the service that they are contracted to supply.

@bt_uk Tried all of the above. I had left my e-mail and all was well, then when I went back in, they had gone. I tried on my phone and also went in via the internet sign in. It’s all gone. Checked spam and trash and it’s not there.
