@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

@bt_uk Only on my iPhone as everything else connected is working normally and I don’t want to refresh the channels and cause any other issues. I’ll probably reboot the hub later when it’s a convenient time 🤓

@bt_uk It’s either a problem on BT’s end, or BT has released a buggy version of their email app. I’m still getting random authentication problems, one moment it’s fine, then I reload the app, it’s stuck on authenticating or the newer email just won’t load.
