@bt_uk No but it appears to be a common theme. Its on your end....told you guys already I'm just going to cancel my subscription and get IPTV like rest of the country as im no longer getting the reliability im paying for.

AFL now suspended too. With no live support to show it is actually unbelievable that @btsport continue to charge full price for their sports channels with no option to pause. They need to address this now.

OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@btsport , your app on Samsung TV is unwatchable. Very low quality and buffers every few seconds. It is 100% an issue with the app as my internet is fine and every other app works as it should. £29.99 a month for this. Sort it out ASAP or I will be cancelling.

Whats a good internet provider for someone that likes to game and watch catch up tv/Netflix’s as @bt_uk are shocking for internet, so slow can barely connect but when trying to resolve get told everything is fine so had enough and decided had enough of them stealing my money!!
