There is no way rangers should have to give him media accreditation after that incident alone. Sutton's conduct wasn't that professional either but if I'm honest wasn't far off my thoughts at the time.

-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
-
Mo B (@M300bt3) reported@palmersears @bt_uk I have the same issue, on going for several weeks. When will this be resolved. Can't see bills or any products, requested a paper bill over a week ago and still haven't received that either. @bt_uk

-
Gavin Cook (@gjc_cook) reported@bt_uk you’ve sent me a returns label to an email address I don’t have access too. I cba to ring so can we sort it on here please. Also, I’m sure I paid for the equipment when I started the service so why do I have to send it back now?

JoycieB (@blairjoyce3) reported@bt_uk 8 weeks ago you mis-sold my elderly parents a 900mb broadband package which we have been trying to cancel since, despite your "5 working days" claim. I won't go into additional details here, as it continues to get worse, but I am absolutely disgusted with your company
-
Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported@bt_uk 9 engineer visits No home phone and inconsistent broadband Poor!
-
Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.
