@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk I’d rather not. There is nothing wrong with the password as can be seen as I’m able to login to the Bt Wifi network and your website, just not the app. Is there a wider issue? Or any other help you can offer?

@btsportufc the replay for last night's fight night does not work and has been down all day. 45 minutes to customer service and still no resolution with blame on the customer. not good enough, it's been 24 hours since the event. @btsport @UFCEurope
