@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@f1broadcasting @btsport @OfficialWRC Been the same all morning i spoke to BT Sports so called Customer service on line only to be told that because we are a Virgin Media customer it’s there problem not BT Sports, would love to know how if it’s a BT sport service, a BT sport programme how this can be Virgin fault?

@bt_uk So you've had a month to send out WiFi hub and TV boxes, but you wait until the day before you're due to take over services to despatch by Royal Mail who are on strike. Leaving customers with no Internet or TV. Disgusting service.

@bt_uk Will do. Thanks again. Please do keep looking into upgrading these terrible mini hubs though. In this day and age they should be able to provide full 4g speeds even with lower signal levels like a phone can.
