@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

@bt_uk internet doesn't work for over 4 hours. Chat says there's a major outage in my area. Your status tracker says otherwise. I can't track the status of this. When I asked about the status page on chat they ended the conversation.

@bt_uk Afternoon updated my iPhone to IOS 15 got a strange privacy warning on my BT Broadband "This network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic. The names of websites and other servers your device accesses on this network may be monitored and recorded by other devices on this network"

@BrianODriscoll @btsport Gallant performances are all good and well but they need to learn how to close out games they are winning. Two weeks in a row they squandered chances with bad on field decisions and giving away stupid penalties.

@bt_uk There are several houses on our street affected by this fault. We all take our internet from the same telegraph pole. One neighbour has been promised the delivery of a mini hub tomorrow if they have not rectified the problem by then. I hope that they bring me one as well

@bt_uk Good morning! Can you help please? I have just had a call from (apparently) 01795 664548 claiming to be "BT OpenReach" and saying that there is a problem with my router connecting to the server. Can you confirm please if this was legitimate or a con? Thank you!
