@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk No I will not DM. I did yesterday and an advisor was no help at all. I was even promised a call back which did not materialise. Don't know how many hours on the phone I have wasted wasted this. I'll be awaiting a response to my complaint ticket.

@bt_uk so - latest from BT after being asked to DM them... call the connections team. Who we have called 6 times and can’t fix the problem. 4 failed attempts to connect our broadband in 7 days. Appalling. @Ofcom
