@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final £250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account 👍🏻😜

@bt_uk Thank you for replying Dee. Sorry I took a while to respond, but the internet cut out again. I run my business from home and have upgraded to accomodate the business. I am embarrased by how many times I have had to apologise to clients for my unstable connection.

@bt_uk No, the Hub is in a completely different room from the handsets. This has been a problem for a number of years but it's only become an issue recently because video calls keep cutting off.
