@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

Help! Anyone use a @bt_uk mobile sim w/ a @TPLINK 4G router? New sim to use as home broadband. Devices connect to WiFi but say no internet yet router says connected to internet. Putting sim in phone and hotspotting works just fine.

@WhaiteArt @bt_uk @BT_Openreach Thank you. I'm so stressed by it. Open Reach tell me there's no record of the problem being logged and B T say that it's a priority and Open Reach are working on it. It's like hitting my head against the wall. And Mum still doesn't have a landline or alarm!

@TheRefereeForum The professional game has gone, can’t wait to cancel my @SkyFootball and @btsport subscriptions but sadly I can’t until December because the early cancellation fees are too high. However, the second I can give a months notice I will do.

@bt_uk placed an order on Friday for broadband and have already had to ring up twice because of multiple errors made by your staff. Been on phone now for over 30 mins to change address number from 25 to 15. Really disappointing for us to experience as new customers.

@Justsum32062003 @bt_uk I've worked in called centres... I can almost guarantee they're not... They're probably manic with grumpy people like me, but if it takes them so long to answer the call then they need to employ more peoplr to do so, both to improve customer service & support the staff they have
