@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk been a bt broadband customer since 2006, my contract is up. My fibre costs twice a new customer? Mobile costs far more than similar deals with same GB, tried to get “My Offers” but it’s not working ?

Very impressed with @bt_uk broadband. Wi-fi went down, engineer booked for tomorrow, went shopping and someone had already been round and fixed it! Time for the marking to continue...

Will never understand why @BTCare and @TalkTalk both have YouView boxes with just 2 tuners!! Not competitive at all since Sky and Virgin have 6/7 —- 4 tuners minimum are required these days
