@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk ...Openreach to facilitate in terms of the appointment but I’m at stage now where I’d rather cancel the broadband such is my frustration as there is no clear process or commitment to fulfilling my order.

@MMA_Stig @BTCare BT have made a shambles with this new update its not even customer friendly the dash has disappeared and they need to get their act together and get the old version back...most updates are supposed to be an improvement, I made a complaint but was like water of a ducks back.

@bt_uk well yet again you have failed to contact me even though you promised, yet again you failed to send a mini hub even though you promised it today. Never had such bad customer service, they even hung up on me after being on hold for 25 minutes!!

@BTCare @bt_uk moved house on 26th November, simple house mover arrangement. Connection promised that day, almost two weeks later you have twice been to my old address to fix a fault yet still failed to actually visit the address you sent the router to where the fault is. Fed Up!

@bt_uk and now after waiting an hour we finally got through only for whoever picked up the call on your end to breathe heavily down the mic for 5 minutes while we failed to get their attention. Can you please help us get this sorted as it's beyond a joke at this stage?

@tommyboy1874 @bt_uk My bank blocked the transaction yesterday. Had to phone up to get it unblocked. Funds still haven’t left yet either. Annoying that you can only contact BT shop via email. For some reason phone and live chat not working.

@bt_uk After complaining about our poor Internet connection we were told an engineer would visit to assess the issue last Wednesday. Engineer didn't show up or reach out to us. Now we've tried calling customer support only to wait 40 minutes and have the line dropped...twice...

@bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.
