To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

Dreadful service :(

My internet is stopped without me asking for termination within hours of receiving an email in the middle of a night which I haven't requested at all. Now I'm told to wait for nearly 2 months.

This is poor service. We currently have no internet and your engineer didn’t turn up yesterday as promised yet again!

I’m really at my wit’s end with this now. It’s so hard to do anything with Wi-fi when it’s dropping in and out all the time. 😩
