@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk been absolutely failed by your support today, who did a 180 on what I was told a week ago saying I'd be able to use minihub whilst I had to move out due to emergency building work. Brilliant. Now I have no way to work for 2 weeks.

So @BTCare how does my box fail to record a programme that I am watching?? It recorded MotoGP warm up, failed moto2 but recorded MotoGP?

@bt_uk I rang BT support to get our minihub activated, as the person who I spoke to previously had told me to do when we needed it, only the person today said that because there was no fault on our line, they wouldn't do this.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp The new poles installed in TW13 made all the WiFi strengths from 3 quarters to a touch down and the upload speeds for podcasts and radio uploading have been slashed to half the strength it should be. Router not gone orange so working fully now but speed is lower in postcode.

@bt_uk The update is due on the 21st but we have never received a single update in the 7 weeks we have been waiting. I am having to hot-spot off someone else's device in order to send this as I have used the data on my mobile phone contract!
