@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

@bt_uk my internet keeps cutting out, as far is I can tell it's just the Ethernet, the wi-fi always stays connected, and best I can tell it's not the cable, because it only has issues between around 4 and 5 am, which is when I happen to want to use it
