Dreadful service :(

Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.
