Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England@bt_uk Yes. Been going on 2 years. It'll backup a few files, say its done, but stop and those files are not found in the backup. To fix, uninstall, reinstall, set up. But it'll break again within days. It's not just me. Check the forums. Loads of people complaining.

Patricia Mills (@Patriciammills) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England@bt_uk pity anyone who hasn’t got the wherewithal or IT savvy to chase the comedic connections team. Shambolic service and incompressible text messaging service from outreach. I work for the NHS so used to some chaos but these clowns are next level. Over a month of no service…
-
Stephen Woolston (@Woollers) reported from Bury St. Edmunds, England@bt_uk Keep getting told next version fixes it. It never does.
-
Michael Dann (@michaeldann65) reported from Gislingham, England@BTCare On my 4th call to 150 - 2 have been cut off after over 30 minutes of holding, third I rang 150 only and EE answered and put my through but to a business team who wouldn’t help and now I’ve been on hold over 40 minutes once again. Dreadful service :(

Josh (@_JoshDenham) reported@bt_uk So the service is down according to the website, but nothing anywhere before logging into my account, or yourselves here, acknowledged that beforehand. When can I expect my access to the broadband to be back?
-
suewheeler (@brightonline) reported@shenry1972 @bt_uk That’s not good service and very worrying
-
Mark Walder 🇺🇸⚛️🇬🇧🇬🇧⚛️🇺🇸 (@MarkWalder2) reported@bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
-
Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.
-
Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
-
Robin Cornelius (@robincornelius) reportedTerrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@bt_uk charging a partially sighted customer £3 for a large print paper bill after telling customer it's a free service for visually disabled customers #DISGRACEFUL then when customer calls up to query call cut short because they can't see a code in text and can't read bank card
