  So @bt_uk admit there is a fault on the network for my line. Only took them three months to work that out. Now they’ve booked an engineer for when I’m at work. I’ve explained I live alone and work 9-5 and they are refusing to budge. Time to go to the ombudsman I think

  @BTCare we’ve been without Internet all day, purple light flashing. Apparently you cannot work out if works are carried out in the area and I’m supposed to sit quietly until Monday…unfortunately I have to work so I need the service restored before then. Can you get in touch?
