@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

@bt_uk It’s just not good enough, 22 days and not one single update other then “we’ll update you” without a doubt this is the poorest service I have ever had from BT in 30 years

After almost twenty hours on the phone over the last week with @bt_uk, and over a week without internet, only one of two things will happen: BT will close our complaint or BT will send us another minihub, to be switched off when they decide. We have three already.

@bt_uk I have never come across such poor customer service in my LIFE! Your online help is shockingly bad! No broadband 4 2 days...one told me a pack of lies...the other sending a router?! And now its a area fault, although every1 else on the street is fine?!#poorcustomerservice

Why doesn’t the @btsport app on #NOWtv have ALL the #EuropaLeague matches to choose from??? Any ideas @btsportfootball ?? The ‘all 8pm kickoff’ menu option only has 3 matches! 😱 Waste of money! Never again! #BTsport

@bt_uk Thanks, the team are being told nothing by openreach other than “we’ll update you on another date” it’s just getting kicked down the park and nobody is doing anything about it! I know tomorrow’s update will be exactly the same, BT civils damaged it and I’m just left waiting
