    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Can you please educate your customer service teams that the retailer/sender is responsible for resolving any delivery issues? UK consumer law states the buyer/receiver isn't expected to chase up and resolve delivery issues. BT chose @RoyalMail so BT contact Royal Mail!!!

    @bt_uk Fibre installed in area, but not to block of flats. Waiting for OpenReach to install through ducts/risers. Meanwhile, your systems won't allow your teams to sell her copper phone/broadband. Desperate for help now.

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare New customer, install date 10/06/22. STILL NOT WORKING! 3 BUSINESS DAYS WITH NO PHONE. No help, no call back. Totally mis sold a digital line, I just want a simple phone line. Losing revenue daily. Businesses, avoid at all costs.
