I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@creativesheepuk @btsport My credentials are the same for both. But if you're a BT customer with another BT product you'll still be able to login on the web, but maybe not in the sport app if you dn't have Sport enabled. If sport is provisioned you'll use same credentials

The start of my day has been a total nightmare! The signal where I live is so bad and it’s the fault of @bt_uk and/or @arqiva - it’s 2020 yet providers can’t get this right; I had better signal/service in 1999.

@bt_uk Avoid BT's Fibre Optic Smart Hub2. Since June 2020 NO broadband. Been using my own data. Received BT Mini Hub in Oct (they didnt even offer this in June). Every week they disconnect it 4 non payment, even though they promised us all payments are halted until issue resolved

@OpenreachHelp Hi @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk - me again.... after raising this issue with BT CEO team last week the “executive customer resource team” assured us OpenReach had promised an engineer would come this morning. But guess what. radio silence from OpenReach and no show from the engineer
