    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk Thanks sidling, I have done the “fault” text and had a response that they were unable to help and an agent will call within the hour. All my neighbours are experiencing similar issues and it seems to go all the way into Bristol and bath. Please can you look into this

    @bt_uk must say the wifi at my parents house is truly terrible for the amount of money they spend a month on you guys. Continuously flashing amber light on the hub. Someone meant to come out to fix yesterday between 1-6, but nobody showed up, so a wasted afternoon. Pretty shoddy.

    @bt_uk I seem to have constant issues with the Fibre broadband, now my BT HUB is showing a solid orange light. I’ve tried everything to make it work, and nothing. For what I pay a month the service is garbage.
