Ian Sturgess (@ISturgess) reported@bt_uk Interesting price increase, understand the CPI+3.9%, but if you paid the line rental in advance and they give u a discount to keep u as a customer the increase is added to the whole cost (£30.99) not what you pay every month (£5.00). What a rip off company. Bye bye BT.
