    Spent over an hour on the phone to @bt_uk for my problem not to get resolved and they hung up the phone. Awful customer service.

    @btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @abigbat @virginmedia @bt_uk I had a similar problem in the States. Took a month for the installer to show up only for him to say there was a tree blocking the point-to-point.

    @bt_uk had one of your engineers out today to fit fibre cables not only was he rude , talked to me like I was stupid , he didn’t want to put where I asked as it was more work he did eventually ,The box is not secured well in house as I went to clean up the mess it fell off

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, an OpenReach engineer visited her and was actually very helpful. He informed her it was a very quick fox but @bt_uk need to do it. However, @bt_uk are a bunch of sales people who have zero interest in fixing the problem THEY caused.

    @bt_uk what should’ve been a simple broadband upgrade & add on tv after cancelling Sky has been poor customer experience. Had a fault for a month, called BT every day about it & had 4 engineers not show up so still not fixed. Hybrid EE is poor as unable to watch BT tv package
