    Spent over an hour on the phone to @bt_uk for my problem not to get resolved and they hung up the phone. Awful customer service.

    @bt_uk Is there a problem with your Internet network in the central Manchester area tonight. Lots of buffering and cutting out/having to reset the router. Not impressed

    @jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

    @bt_uk I tried that years ago but told i would have to change number. I am named on bill & BT know i am authorised but when i ring with problems (often) i have to get husband to say you can speak to me! Its archaic! No other company behaves like this

    @julie_twickers @bt_uk Actually lots of other service companies behave like this. But I have the opposite problem. I'm the named person on all the bills so they won't speak to my husband- leaving me with all the admin! I've found Sky, ee, water and power all have the same restrictions.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk after you couldn't install my full fibre on 6/10 as planned I wait 3 weeks for someone to tell me next steps. On 22/10 I lose patience and cancel my order due to lack of communication / dates for install. This week 4 times openreach turned up at my house!

    @TrevorMLambert @bt_uk @SkyUK I've used most suppliers. A previous experience with Sky was disastrous and I also had huge problems with TalkTalk. This particular experience with Sky was OK but costs were not.
