    @bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

    I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

    @bt_uk was promised a call by a manager at 6pm re bt advisor conduct. On hold for 30mins have given up. Poor show BT after 7years it might have to be the end. A call please

    @bt_uk So we made the order, 2 days later the price dropped. I asked your live chat if I can have the offer price, they kindly informed me to phone the Value team and they placed a note on the order and they'll reduce it (screenshot it too) but they told they can't. Can you help on this

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time
