  Havinv the worse experience with @bt_uk. Waiting on open reach to attend. They didn't attend last Friday. I am 99% sure they are not going to attend before 6pm and no one will help over the phone or call openreach for me. 4 days holiday used sat in waiting for nothing. Shocking

  I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
