So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

@bt_uk We are on speaking to Jordan in Blackburn and he is telling us there is no way to arrange a manager call back (which we were promised yesterday). We are being told the only way to resolve our current issue is to cancel our order and sign up as a new customer

@bt_uk You have private messaged me sayi it will be sorted by 09/04/21 yet engineer was booked for yesterday 01/04/21!! BTs error not ours. Fix it in the next 24 hours please not over a week later from the agreed date. We booked this 2 weeks ago so we didn’t have the delay.

@bt_uk Yes spent 45 minutes on phone, cancelled in November 18 (and received a refund for the preceding months!!!) but I’m told it’s too far back and their records don’t go back, can’t listen to the call so I’ve been paying for a service I’ve never used which I thought was cancelled
