  @bt_uk you are not listening...we have done that at least 4 times now...hours on the phone every time...a complaint was made in JUNE...nothing is ever done. Everyone just blames someone else. For a "communications" company you are an utter joke.

  @bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls
