@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Engineer called to say he would vist site and call me from there. No call and issue still unchanged. When the line snaps and 20 homes are without broadband how mad are they going to be knowing Openreach could have dealt with it before it was an issue. Saddened by the outcome TBH
