@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

So after years of subscription with @btsport I've allowed my contract to run out and cancel aft the price went up to £29.99 a month. Utterly disgusting price point for a group of 3 channels with average content. Didn't even bother contacting me with an offer of any kind. Bye 👋

Day 10 of no internet @bt_uk ....3 times the engineer just hasn't arrived for a booked appointment. Call centre staff have been brill...rest of the system- broken. Will your engineer arrive on Monday so we can work and my kids can attend school remotely?..not holding my breath!
