I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)
