I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
