@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk Yes the engineer who came to fit broadband didn’t complete the work. Told me BT need to activate and went off on his merry way. No emergency welfare people able to now do it today. Can u read my case and look at how many errors? It is shocking. Now raised again for tomorrow.

@bt_uk is this some kind of joke? Yet again an engineer was at the box again today, and has somehow made the situation for me worse then yesterday. My phone line was working but the internet signal kept dropping. Today we now have no phone line and no internet what so ever.

Booked broadband with @bt_uk even though they are more expensive wanted good customer service. I have had nothing but good service. Have let me down again and again! Worst experience ever. I would highly recommend using another provider to everyone I know.
