They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

Options seem limited!!

They have a very swift verification process. And my calls usually take a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Love it. But then there are times I have to call @bt_uk …. Or Thames water. FML!!!

I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
