Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
