  @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  A new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

  @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

  @bt_uk Your revised website is terrible, trying to pay my bill and it doesn't load, initially locked me out, awful navigation. As a result you won't get paid for at least a week as I am out of the UK. Learn from @ScottishPower on how to handle billing.

  I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk
