@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

@bt_uk I’m with BT but these TV adverts are very misleading & the voice is very irritating. I’ve been with Sky and Virgin in the past and never suffered any of these problems. The only reason I came to BT was that I was told that there was no room in the BT box when I moved house.

@bt_uk I have tried an Ethernet cable from the hub direct to the wifi but still a 5 second delay on work calls so need to use hotspot. Also we need to use wifi on phones and can’t connect those direct. Wifi using apps on phones is so slow that we end up just using 4G.
