@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

@BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

Went from 200mb with @bt_uk to the 900. Big mistake as my connections gets around 440 now and goes up and down like a yo yo. speed issues always seem to be my fault and nothing at their end. Be warned people that you will never get anywhere near 900. Lizzie was helpful though.

@bt_uk BT in their infinite wisdom have decided to delete my mobile number, instead of the requuested deletion of my late partners number. This was "fixed" by Donna Stanley is executive customer resolution team 3 weeks ago but it seems not as phone disconnected today. Help!!!

@bt_uk trying to fix my broadband issues - very poor speeds and frequently disconnects. Made 3 phone calls to BT today for help and all of individuals put the phone down on me within 20 seconds of trying to describe my isssue. Disgraceful.

@BTCare The real cherry on the cake is that I have just had a call from a family member to say they rung the landline number and someone who lives at a completely different address picked up! If there is a company with worse customer service than this I’ve not come across it.

If we have a trophy for the worst customer service and the worst provider in the UK @virginmedia will be the winner without any competition by farrr! Its a joke honestly no internet access, advisor telling me she get issues with her systems then transferred me. @BT_UK teach them!
