I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

There is free BTwi-fi/hotspot but when I connect it wants a new password everytime! So not allowing my phone and laptop access as each log requires a new password. Can you help please?

My partner has now had to pay for extra data on her phone so she can hotspot from it, as she works from home. Seriously considering changing provider as this is a massive hassle
