They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.

Here in Feltham mine has oranged lighted random times for 1 week since last Friday and did it into this Friday and on to this Sunday
