I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen?
