    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @bt_uk I have had issues with my broadband dropping in and out of my devices since that major outage happened on Thursday. I don’t know if anyone else has had those continuous problems during that time?

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @bt_uk Hi Clare. It was a complete loss of service. No landline or broadband. One of you engineers swapped my line with my neighbour's. Had absolute no connection whatsoever.

    @bt_uk Hi team, do all your equipment fit through letterboxes? Seems I'm getting a smart hub 2 and WiFi disc after a regrade and want to ensure there won't be issues if I (or designated neighbour) aren't home on estimated delivery day!

    @bt_uk rubbish service as always, we lost WiFi this morning and now won't have anyone round for 5 days. Difficult to do job with no WiFi, expect compensation and would like to get this resolved sooner

    @bt_uk Yes, I can login to MyBT. I already have an open Complaint & an open fault. I want to track that Fault. Your online tracking of the Fault just keeps showing an error page.
