    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

    Utterly #appalled by the level of #CustomerService @bt_uk provide. Have spent 2 days trying to get through on the phone & chat after the phone lines closed following their failure to follow up on their promises of the day before. Still no resolution

    So I contacted @bt_uk weeks ago as talk21 email account not working, told it’s linked to someone else’s account and I am not the account holder, yes I say it’s my now ex husband’s account - well we have to speak to him and get his permission (I hadn’t spoken to him for a year)

    @bt_uk broadband just came on again so can try and take mind off all this bad stuff by BT and use my ps5.still no offer of support from bt to get it fixed and help for what im paying for. this is attitude bt before 300cent october fuel poverty u treating them same wi debt?

    @davidhorsefield @bt_uk today one call was hour and half. spent over 20hrs to sort my disability issues faulty bb still not working etc since monday to be told today my fault i got subsidised broadband needs a disc but my hub goes off and drop on wired as know the best.had service taken as complained
