    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @bt_uk Having issues again right now. Gonna try texting FIX to that number and see if I can run one of these automated tests. Issues always seem to be out of support hours which is basically all of my working hours.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    So @bt_uk have a major outage on their mobile internet. 4G is working, clearly a systems issue. An hour long call did not resolve the issue. Glad I'm working from home.

    @TheRunningManZ @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I know this would not help, but other ISP are faster and better than BT, and don’t use Openreach as subcon engineers. My ISP upgraded my line to fibre optics several years back but left the copper until my next upgrade/complaint was made, and was informed first before removal.

    @bt_uk @EE nine days ago while modifying my service I agreed to migrate mobile service from BT to EE, in hindsight had misleading information from BT and zero communication from EE. You’ve managed to take money and have yet to supply a new SIM for service I have no access to

    Business customer service did nothing passed me to residential. They couldnt do anything because business should have cancelled the business account first. Then I get told about this £70 charge. I HATE @BT / @BTCare / @btbusinesscare - this is why I want to leave!...
