Luckily enough it has started working again after 2 days (which was odd as you said there was no local fault) so now trying to get through to cancel the engineer

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....
