    @KateCopestake @BTGroup @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Had a spate of these calls a couple of months back. Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

    @bt_uk took 20 minutes and being transferred around 4 different departments just to cancel SIM I’ve never used and get rid of BT sport - absolute pain in the bum!!

    @bt_uk takes the f%£king pi$$ when you buy the #FuryWhyte fight for BT to then have an outage, only for the automated service to tell you that the "excellent customer service" doesn't work 24/7. No response on the online chat, no response on social media. Absolute f%£king joke!!!
