Very slow compared with my usual FTTC connection though. How do people cope with such limited speeds nowadays?

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

We’re now most likely without internet until the middle of next week at the earliest. I work from home, daughters have to revise for A-level mocks. We need internet for both. 😞😠😠

This also leaves her with no tv because all her tv is via streaming.

The website takes you round in circles and then just gives three bouncing *****. For a technology/communication company it's very poor.
