It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
