@KateCopestake @BTGroup @bt_uk @btbusinesscare Had a spate of these calls a couple of months back. Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@bt_uk I've just spent over an hour on hold to be told that because an active home move was ongoing when I called in April to cancel that it wasn't canceled, and in turn have ended up with a huge bill.
