We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!
