@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@btbusinesscare Fault is in the road apparently. Advisor said they can’t get rid of the broadband section of the payment without signing them up 2 new contract. If they cancel all they will lose their landline number, so they have to pay £50pm 4 bb that doesn’t work and no incoming calls. So bad

@marr_mite about 4-5 months. The @bt_uk engineer noticed that the Openreach guy had used a Cat5E cable to connect the FTTP to my router. So that was causing speed issues. That's been swapped out now for a Cat6.
