@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@JamesCo32696593 @bt_uk If your willing to pay for it you can get synchronous speeds on download and upload. BT do over this type of service to business customers. All providers provide faster download than upload speeds so it’s not just a BT thing.
