We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?
