I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. No good start for a new customer😠

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
