  @rizwan_jalil @SmethwickWMP @sandwellcouncil There’s a real issue across the entire area with @BTCare neglecting their phone boxes. It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

  Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

  @bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
