leymude (@leymude) reported from Basingstoke, England@BTCare @BTGroup @bt_uk Hey what’s going on, you’re still taking money out of my account for a service I don’t want when I thought we had this sorted, and you wonder why I want to cancel, seriously cheesed of now. This has been going on for months.
-
Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance
-
caoimhe byrne-hansen (@Caoimhe88Byrne) reported from Reading, England@BritishTelecom your service has become crap after #ReadingFestival has started. Stop stealing my data and streaming #pissedoff @btsport because there’s no actual #bt trying to watch a film and constant interruptions

Jonathan Richards (@JR_1871) reported from Reading, EnglandJust lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?
-

-

✩ Eɱɱα =^.^= 🇪🇺🦕 #FBPE (@Em_meh) reported@bt_uk Apparently Vodafone Broadband is down because you are fixing a broken cable?! Are you aware of this?
-
Alex Dodd (@alex_dodd) reported@bt_uk when myself and my partner are on video calls we get regular freezing for a few seconds and then the video and audio feed will speed up to catch up with itself. Speed tests return 280mb+ and router resets don’t resolve the issue. This is over Wi-Fi. Can you help sort this?
-
Axemonkey (@axemonkey) reported@bt_uk No, it’s just when I click through from a link in an email from BT about upgrading my broadband service. The rest of the site appears to work ok. Odd!
-
David Gardner (@DavidPGardner) reported@bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.
-
Alex Dodd (@alex_dodd) reported@bt_uk Thanks Neil. So as our speed is roughly 150x the required for video calling, what do you recommend to fixing the issue we are having? Looking at advanced router settings? Scheduling a video call test? Engineer visit? Replacement router?
