David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

-
Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.
-
leymude (@leymude) reported from Basingstoke, England@BTCare @BTGroup @bt_uk Hey what’s going on, you’re still taking money out of my account for a service I don’t want when I thought we had this sorted, and you wonder why I want to cancel, seriously cheesed of now. This has been going on for months.
-

Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance
-
Prattle (@Prattle16) reported from Woodley, England@btsportmotogp @btsport do@you realise the level of disappointment & frustration you’ve introduced to my household this weekend by totally c***ing up the coverage? -
Dan Reardon (@DanReardon76) reportedDear @bt_uk we moved to an address you don't supply to in Jan. You said cancellation would be automatic but are still chasing me for payment. Your CS team are simply unable to comprehend and my complaint was closed without investigation. Come on eh?
-
Mark Howell (@MarkTheSnap) reportedSo, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported@bt_uk I'd like to know why your business broadband so called service, can only compound its utter uselessness with skyscraper level brain numbing stupidity? I thought @vmbusiness was utterly indescribably ****, until you came along. You literally make them look like geniuses.
-
🤓 Julie 🤓 (@JulieNobbs) reported@bt_uk Help! We’ve had a lightening strike n our router has gone off n will not switch back on. We’ve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes there’s nothing wrong. Advice please!
-
Dave Tyrrell (@Dajamaky) reported@bt_uk are absolute *****. After 10 yrs of patchy WiFi we’ve made the move to another provider. 1 week before switch off they have turned off our WiFi . Thanks for nothing, mediocre pricks. I won’t hold my breath for a refund as I have long experience of your “customer service”
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?
-
LadyBlues The question is always Cui Bono? (@Ladyblues666) reported@TweetForTheMany @bt_uk @EE I switched away from Virgin because of connectivity issues. Hope yours is better.
-
Andrhu (@ALivMusico) reported@bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?
-
Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨
