caoimhe byrne-hansen (@Caoimhe88Byrne) reported from Reading, England@BritishTelecom your service has become crap after #ReadingFestival has started. Stop stealing my data and streaming #pissedoff @btsport because there’s no actual #bt trying to watch a film and constant interruptions
-
Nicholas Mazzei (@Tsar_Nicholas) reported from Hook, England@pmalinski83 @SkySports @SkySportsPL @bt_uk I get why they avoid it, having been in the BT corporate affairs team until recently and wanting them for ages to take a stronger stand on these issues. It’s risky. But these companies have power and if they want to do something about it, here’s their chance
-
Jonathan Richards (@JR_1871) reported from Reading, EnglandJust lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?
-
Highlowmilo (@Highlowmilo1) reported from Reading, England@bt_uk Except for Mother in Law. 90 with dementia emergency careline reliant. Phone vital to contact family. David Bruton (@OutdoorDaveGB) reported from Reading, England@PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !
-
leymude (@leymude) reported from Basingstoke, England@BTCare @BTGroup @bt_uk Hey what’s going on, you’re still taking money out of my account for a service I don’t want when I thought we had this sorted, and you wonder why I want to cancel, seriously cheesed of now. This has been going on for months.

-
Martin Borgars (@martinborgars) reported from Whitchurch, England@BTCare You really need to sort out your customer service support phone lines. Is having to wait 27 minutes to get a response really acceptable?
-
Lesley Cowcher (@lesleyannandra) reported from Woodley, England@btsport would be good to have commentators support British teams instead no it’s Ajax all the way #ChampionsLeague
-
James Parker (@PF_BootCamp) reported from Reading, England@bt_uk @KeoghanB @btsport Too late i was forced to watch a crap re run on YouTube today... obviously knowing the result. Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher
-
Ian Reynolds (@pumps1000) reported from Reading, England@bt_uk The issue is that you charge customers for a service. A service which allows scammers access to your system. I would have been happy to give up the line for a token gesture. You try blocking 80 calls an hour!
-
Beth Willard (@BethcWillard) reported from Reading, England@_hypocaust Having the same issue with @btsport No coverage even though scheduled 😠
-
Andy West (@Westofcenter) reported from Lower Shiplake, England.@bt_uk are you aware of situations today where scamming calls cause Broadband to go down? Have received two today and both times, caused loss of connection.

-
Henry Johnson (@HenryJ489) reported from Kingsclere, England@bt_uk Yes the password finally came in the post after several phone calls and hours on hold. Thanks for getting back to me, but the process can’t be good if it takes months to reply and it takes a moody complaint through twitter to get a response.
-
Prattle (@Prattle16) reported from Woodley, England@btsportmotogp @btsport do@you realise the level of disappointment & frustration you’ve introduced to my household this weekend by totally c***ing up the coverage? Worst part as I understand it - my husband can no longer record everything he wants to see as it’s on red button 😩
-
Lee Donkin (@LeeDonkin4) reported from Basingstoke, England@MetMattTaylor @British_Airways Try @bt_uk it does get worse. Maybe it's just the "British" in the name we expect too much but then again just acceptable service would be a good start!!
-
Pete 🏴🇮🇹 (@gonnella) reported from Woodley, England@BTCare my 85 year old elderly gran has a very old master socket pre NTE5 which has been positioned awkwardly near the ceiling. She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

-
Beckie Metcalfe (@BeckieMetcalfe2) reported@bt_uk why do you not effectively deal with complaints? I made a complaint on 10th May, on 11th May it was closed with no resolution. On the same day it was reopened and escalated to a manager. I have heard NOTHING!! Can someone please call me with a resolution??
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Rainmaker1973 This is how it used to be. Honestly we are going backwards. The #digital age is #buckling. I have a problem with my landline. The digital service on #X can not solve it so I have to write a snail mail letter to @bt_uk
-
Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported.@bt_uk £37.44 Hilarious & insulting. 3 failed visits. 50+ calls to your utterly hopeless 'guides'. Multiple documented lies & broken promises. We have all the evidence, call recordings & video. We suggest you reconsider & seriously revise this pathetic 'compensation'?
-
Legendary Hamster (@LegendaryH80858) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk would you like to comment on why you're treating a long standing, loyal customer as badly as this? I feel a review of his account is in order so he can be put on a new lower rate and some compensation is in order as you're ripping him off! @MartinSLewis FYI...
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
-
Chris McGregor (@CmucG) reported@bt_uk is this one of your numbers 01438382072. Since deciding to cancel my services with you today this number has called me 5 times. It is harassment. You had your chance to keep me when I called to say I had a better offer elsewhere. Your offer was rubbish and refused.
-
Shama Women's Centre (@shamacentre) reportedWeeks with no broadband. Multiple calls. No real help. We are a charity and people depend on reaching us. BTs failure to resolve this issue is not just inconvenient, it is putting vulnerable people at risk. We urgently need BT to take responsibility & fix this. @BTGroup @BTCare
-
Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported@bt_uk What are you doing to help stop fraudulent BT and EE scam offers reaching your own customers? These are becoming more frequent sometimes multiple ones in a day.
-
Grub Street Publishing (@grub_street) reported@bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE
