  @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

  @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

  Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

  @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

  @England @bt_uk Lol, as if TAA is even in the running. He was the only standout England player in that he was the only one not playing well. He only turned up after they were knackered and down to 10 men. Also needed Stones and James on the pitch to make up for his lack of defensive ability.
