    @bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

    @TSBBCare appalling customer support, have you staying in 1/2 day for engineer who doesn’t turn up to be told that can’t fix the fault and I’ll have to book another engineer!! U having a laugh?! Never had this issue with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk your companies an actual joke. Call as we’re having issues (High ping, packet loss, Download speeds 10% of what they should be). We’re told our appointment for our upgrade next week has been cancelled and an engineer will be out on the 17th for our issue with the line.

    @NikiSmithson @bt_uk @ScottishPower Oh no!! I’m actually ill with a sickness bug today and I still think that my day is better than Andrew’s because of this. Also, the jolly George Ezra hold music is reeeeaally incongruent with the level of service being provided. Maybe call centres have had their day??

    @bt_uk you’re service is hopeless. Waited in all afternoon for your engineer who didn’t turn up. 3 phone calls (taking over 2 hours of waiting time) and we’re no nearer. If you’re looking for a broadband provider look elsewhere.

    @btbusinesscare We are still without internet been told on chat we ‘have a fault’ yet we have had TWO engineers unable to fix it.. how long is this saga going to go on? We have only just upgraded our contract so thinking to use our cooling period and cancel.

    @bt_uk Not all of it has been on hold Rita. A lot of it has been repeating himself to different people who don’t know how to fix this problem. Will definitely be recommending people stay away from @bt_uk in the future

    @bt_uk Husband is on his 4th phone call trying to cancel account and get refund for money you took off us because you didn’t cancel it when requested. I’ll leave that to him but please advise on how to ask for compensation for time wasted and the pain of this process.

    @bt_uk I did, after an hour on hold. The whole DNS system had gone down. I missed two important meetings because zoom could not connect. My home server could not make back ups, and had to be reset. My nest thermostat disconnected, and I had to reset the hub to get that working again

    @bt_uk for the second time this year I am without broadband and getting no help from anyone at your company. Last time it was two months. This time I’ve had full fibre for 14 days and only been online with it for 4 days….. this is getting ridiculous #DejaVu #sickofthis
