    @bt_uk And that process got me nowhere again. @bt_uk I still stand by what I said you are crap. I was promised a call back by a manager at 5 today .... guess what ... no call back! Atrocious customer care and service!!!!

    @bt_uk thanks to Connor in the Value team in South Shields and Kate in Waterford for sorting out my elderly mums disconnected line. Their service turned a complaining customer into a happy customer. 👏 👏

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile!! 3 week old iPhone 11 that was faulty. Reported it but it got scratched before sending back so now they won’t refund, repair or exchange!! DO NOT TAKE OUT A MOBILE WITH THIS DODGY USELESS COMPANY @bt_uk YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED

    @bt_uk congratulations on employing rude & abusive call centre staff. Calling your customer a "******* Useless ****" is the way to go with customer service !! "John" calling from India is obviously well versed in your call protocols !! Call originated from 023 8086 6628

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    @virginmedia 50 minutes on the phone. 6 operatives. Nobody can tell me when the fibre will be fixed. First today. Then Monday. Then the 17th. Then the 22nd. Then the 17th again. Like I said - a shambles. Service cancelled. @Ofcom @bt_uk @SkyMediaUK #hitmeup

    @bt_uk Your network just doesn’t have the capacity to deal with demand on the south side of York - lots of people on the development have the same problem

    Don't use @bt_uk wifi hotspots if you rely on having a stable connection for work or video calls. They will repeatedly log you off every half an hour which makes the service unusable.

    Hi @BTCare, had a phone call from elderly relative. BT Essential Digital Home Phone had run down on a call, she placed in cradle and said it was now quite warm.. Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.

    @scienceboy7 @bt_uk My email came back up later that night but now our @bt_uk broadband is down, until tomorrow night, they say. Hope your email is ok now. Sounds like a different issue.
