    Watching DLUFC against Spurs on mute. HATE McManaman and the commentator is one who drivels on about irrelevant historical ****. He said that it was poignant that Spurs are playing in green, as 2 years ago they played Ajax in the European SF and wore green. FFS. #BTSPORT #lufc

    @MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

    @TSBBCare appalling customer support, have you staying in 1/2 day for engineer who doesn’t turn up to be told that can’t fix the fault and I’ll have to book another engineer!! U having a laugh?! Never had this issue with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Thank you, the new contract we will be moving to closes today so we need to terminate today. I understand the report is required but the engineer will reassure you that the problem cannot be fixed. Surely this can be arranged today

    So, @bt_uk sent me, unasked for, WiFi router that I don't need. Two days later a returns bag. Don't return get a £50+ charge! All coms by email/mms. You doing this with everyone? Looks a lot like moneymaking scam... Especially for the old. Poor show.

    @bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    @BTCare We have had months of internet dropping in and out, slow soeeds and often no broadband at all. After at least 8 engineer visits, several no shows, hours dealing with it (even on our holiday) BT cannot fix it but won’t terminate our contract without fees!!!!!

    Can’t get a reliable WiFi signal in 2 rooms in my house. @bt_uk solution is to try and charge me double for new equipment rather than solve the problem and give me what has been promised. Profiteering is alive and well at BT it seems. #btbroadband #bt

    @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

    @bt_uk I specifically arranged for my broadband to be connected on the 10th of November after a house move because my misses has an important exam on the 11th. Just woken up to a text saying they’ve changed the connection date to the 12th and all of your call lines are down?!?

    @bt_uk my broadband has been cut off on the wrong day. We have not moved house yet. I have been on hold for 2 hours before being cut off. Your online chat is unavailable and all your help desks are closed. Not ideal

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to get through to BT for almost 3 weeks to cancel my contract, it rings out for about 1hr30 and then cuts me off!!! How am I supposed to give notice to leave when I can’t get through ??

    @MooMooOxford @bt_uk Absolutely shocking. In my case actually stealing a severely physically disabled ‘customer’ with a stress related disease……. Is this all not stressful getting charged for a service I’ve cancelled? If I was you, cancel all & go somewhere else!!
