    @bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

    @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

    Absolutely appalling service from @bt_uk mobile. 3 week old IPhone 11 that was faulty but a scar Rach happened before sending off but after fault repaired & now they won’t exchange or replace or refund!! DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk MOBILE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN YHE WORLD!!

    @bt_uk hello. We’re visiting family today. My children haven’t seen their grandparents since Christmas 2019. They’re still not seeing Grandma, because she has been on the phone to you now for nearly 3 hours trying to sort out a problem. She’s still going. This is awful service.

    @bt_uk Towards the end of last year my phone line/broadband was down for 7 weeks. This year coming up to 8 weeks and still not fixed. Openreach give conflicting updates, your Cardiff call center understand but can do nothing! 😡

    3.5 days without @bt_uk broadband or TV & still no idea when it'll be back on. Had a txt that said problem fixed (it wasn't), an email that says book an engineer. Engineer rings half hour before to say not coming as can't fix the issue, already rearranged day at that point 👍

    @CocoTheParrot @bt_uk I've been fighting with them for 6 months. The BT guy has been amazing. It's openreach that's the issue. They've now blocked me and refuse to do anymore to sort the problem.
