  @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

  @bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.

  @bt_uk but to make it better, none of their lines are with BT, Plusnet for VDSL2, yes, A leased line which is sourced from the other end so we aren't a customer, and the current VoIP supplier, which replaced Vodafone. I really hate these lying emails

  Really disappointed @bt_uk that after 27 years of unbroken loyalty from being a customer on your first day in July 1995(ish) your best offer to me is what I'm already paying, so therefore I have to leave on principle. It's been good so it's a shame, but we'll both get over it.

  @bt_uk now cancelled a package for the second time. First was a mistake on an agent part, second was given the wrong information. Would like to use BT but not if you give bad info and bad speeds for the price. Hope you guys can sort your stuff out.
