    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk NOT impressed with BT Internet, I cancelled my BT Internet account today as they decided to suddenly raise my monthly cost to £75 a month ! They said the service will stop in 30 days. Less then 4 hours later my service was cut off! Now we have no internet whatsoever ever

    Big shout out to @bt_uk engineers today for setting up my new Full Fibre in difficult conditions. But a big NO NO to @bt_uk customer service for not sending out the equipment to set up. Now without broadband and phone until it arrives
