    @bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

    @tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

    @bt_uk service has been absolutely awful. Made to wait till today for home move after moving the beginning of the month. Then you cancel.

    @bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

    @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

    @bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @Renvoize @bt_uk I had an issue with them a few years ago and their customer service was such a disgrace that I swore I’d never use them again. Horrible company to deal with, we went ombudsman and they backed them. I was furious. Good luck

    @btsport needing help. BT sport Monthly Pass subscriber, repeatedly getting LP103 error message about having too many devices streaming. I only ever have a max 1-2 devices with BT Sport App on. Why is this continually happening? Not happy at paying £26pm & not getting the service

    @bt_uk Hi Aiden, BT hub 6a <wired to> Eero 6e - Eero 6e <wired to> netgear Gigabit switch <wired to> BT Ultra 4k. It was working fine with an older BT mesh wifi but not with new Eero 6e mesh. Hence asking for network details on what ports / protocols your system uses.
