@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

Switched to @bt_uk Broadband on 20th November. Still haven't got internet access. On hold for an hour each time i call and never get any further forward. I don't recommend them at all. Very disappointed.

@bt_uk I'm extremely disappointed, as signed up back on the 17th Oct for install on 2nd Nov. Have now cancelled, as 8 missed install appointments. I then had the phone put down on me, after I requested to cancel. Very frustrating, now followed this up with a complaint letter!
