The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.
