@EE Complain about your poor customer service

@EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

@EE what’s the number for customer service? I want to cancel my contract.

@EE still waiting for somebody to phone me over my ever intermittent broadband. Yet just had email saying “we’ve closed your complaint” how convenient to sweep it under the carpet !

@EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

Good morning @EE got my new iPad delivered on Friday. It won’t pair with the brand new Apple Pencil. Apple can’t help. Really disappointed

@EE please can you help? My phone is smashed so trying g to unlock it but it’s asking for an IMEI no? How do I find this if I can no longer use the phone?

@EE having real trouble with broadband/WiFi for a couple of days. Not great connectivity and using 4G for this message. How can I do a check on speed etc?

@ee I’ve been with EE for 24 years! I chose to stay with them for my next upgrade, big mistake! 2 weeks now trying to sort it out, nearly 1 hour each time waiting to speak with someone and my issue still hasn’t been resolved, pandemic or not, this isn’t acceptable #badservice

@EE I was told there was a fault with the lines for broadband in my area last night and that it would be fixed by midnight as an estimate however it is still down, has been for 2 days now. Any idea when it’s going to be fixed?

@EE you are making me feel like a problem customer and I only swapped to your network less than a week ago. I have already made at least 3/4 calls in that time about contract issues. Now I am having connection issues. This is not even funny anymore #joke #notfunny

@EE hi, I remember when I set up Fibre home broadband a few months ago it said I'd get a 4G data top up on my phone plan (think it was extra 5GB per month?). Anyway I never got the top up, can you help?
