It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network.
