After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

Absolutely horrible customer service from @EE Most other retailers have had #PS5 stock drops multiple times, nothing from EE. Their social media post the same generic replies to customers queries. Their chat agents have advised stock will be available today but guess what 🤬

@EE extremely #disappointing service from EE, longstanding customer, told they were delivering a phone, no show, I contacted them, phone not in stock, no comms from them. Given a replacement which I didn’t want. Offered a month of BT sports as compensation, now withdrawn 😡

@EE It just doesn’t seem fair, when my daughter got her new phone last Dec she got earphones in the box and now my fosterson needs to pay to buy his own. If the customer has to pay, EE being more sustainable doesn’t really make sense, your just putting that cost onto the customer!

@EE I really don't think its acceptable to make yet another increase to mobile phone contracts!! I certainly will be leaving ASAP. I never had increases like this with other providers!
