  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

  @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

  @JackEmson99 @EE I have been with all 4... (including MVNOs) Personal ranking from best to worst: EE Three Vodafone O2 EE is better than the rest but they are **** too... Vodafone and Three seem to have gotten worse since their merger...
