Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. 🙏

@coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

@EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

@EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

@EE hi! In my new house I have very weak and patchy signal. For some reason wifi calling isn’t working. Using an iPhone 11 Pro. It’s turned on in settings and wifi is strong. Any suggestions?

@EE Hi Peter. Wifi calling just seems never to kick in. I can only make/receive calls at one end of my house but wifi calling doesn’t seem to allow me to do it anywhere else. I never see the ‘wifi calling’ text at the top of my phone. It’s definitely switched on in settings.

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?
