    @EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE I appreciate that I didn't text YES to confirm but, having had other trials, I've never had to effectively request cancellation twice and assumed the second message after texting STOP was just confirmation. I'll read every text fully from now on.

    @EE Eldercare have just had to come out to my grandmother as she had to press her emergency button, but the call was marked as failed as neither one could communicate with each other due to your negligence. Sort this **** out before something critical happens to my Nan.

    @kingstoby1 @KingDreMMA @EE Pretty poor though isnt it really? With the amount of questions etc they get about it. Someone isnt doing their job if they cant get hold of any stock.

    @EE We’ve had to phone them as she doesn’t have a way of calling them. Everyday we’re being told we’ll get a call back, and we never do. Executive team is meant to be phoning before 8pm, but we’ve just had a text saying you’ve closed the case.
