  • djandybower andy b (@djandybower) reported from Middleton, England

@EE over the last few days I keep getting calls from papa New Guinea at all times of the day and night how can I stop this as they are all from different numbers so just blocking the number won’t help

  • CaroleFossey Carole Fossey (@CaroleFossey) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

  • shumixox a sweet one 🌸 (@shumixox) reported from Manchester, England

@EE better pattern up your network I don’t pay to have 1 bar or network. 🥴

  • asammufc Asam (@asammufc) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@EE your 4G in Ashton is SLOW

  • Katehewittward Kate Pointon (@Katehewittward) reported from Manchester, England

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

  • JamieByronCSM Jamie Byron (@JamieByronCSM) reported from Bury, England

@EE Poor response from the home button. Poor connectivity to WiFi needs prompting. It’s a dreadfulphone. I just want my upgrade now

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

  • Trev_Moulton Trev Moulton (@Trev_Moulton) reported from Middleton, England

@EE Had issues whilst I've been down in Middleton, Manchester since Friday. I come here most weekends and it works fine. I live in Huddersfield and it usually works fine down there.

  • Lolloloves Jo 'Lollo' #FBPE 🇪🇺🌈❤💛💚💙💜🇪🇺 (@Lolloloves) reported from Urmston, England

No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

  • marnanel Marnanel Thurman - @marnanel@queer.party (@marnanel) reported from Bolton, England

@skellstar @EE @ee Same issue here. I'm in Bolton town centre.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

  • J_P_Green John Green (@J_P_Green) reported from Bolton, England

@EE She can’t do anywhere near as bad as the magician - he was hopeless

  • Lolloloves Jo 'Lollo' #FBPE 🇪🇺🌈❤💛💚💙💜🇪🇺 (@Lolloloves) reported from Urmston, England

@EE Robyn, this is essentially useless as this conversation has been had again and again. EE need to rectify this issue without me having to have repeated, pointless conversations only to be told the masts can't cope.

  • adele_1983 •d e l• (@adele_1983) reported from Manchester, England

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

  • LeanintoDesign John Grimshaw (@LeanintoDesign) reported from Oldham, England

    @LizBish94 @virginmedia @EE I'd take lower speeds for better customer service. 👍

  • WesleyD17061721 Wesley D (@WesleyD17061721) reported from Lymm, England

@EE 👍🏼 It OK Now 💗 Seem to be areas around Have problems NOT because of the weather 😁 But look like it back 🔙 to normal at the moment Wait for 5G keeping you post 📯 what going on & around

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

  • dreadedwhisky Guy Rushworth (@dreadedwhisky) reported from Manchester, England

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

  • JamieByronCSM Jamie Byron (@JamieByronCSM) reported from Bury, England

@EE I’m sick & tired of my awful @Apple @iPhone_News #iphone6se what an awful phone. No wonder it’s discontinued & I cannot get a cover for it. My contract ends at the end of the year! I want a new phone now.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bradtrc brad (@bradtrc) reported

@EE Really want to join urselves but the signal inside is actually atrocious. Really thinking of staying with my current network at this rate… Can’t even make a phone call, outside/ in the garden shed it isn’t bad.

  • dhmcghee David McGhee (@dhmcghee) reported

@aspals @EE @stephenkerley33 The only signal you can get on EE now is a virtue signal.

  • Neon_Mistral Captain Covenanter (@Neon_Mistral) reported

@EE @gempinkheart @EE It really doesn't matter what anybody 'feels' about rhe origin of a problem. What if 63% of people felt 5G (incorrectly) mostly caused the pandemic? You wouldn't run a campaign supporting their views. Your heart is in the right place, but this looks like Gillette 2.0

  • sgt_rs Ryan (@sgt_rs) reported

@EE @Chi1dishHambino Your a mobile phone network not a social justice group.

  • TheCarlosCouto Carlos Couto (@TheCarlosCouto) reported

@EE (2/2) you mentioned 1/3 (33.3%) felt that way about men, thus you stated that ALL men are the problem. In terms of percentage, the discrepancy is much larger regarding 13% commit 52% of crime. Will you make the blanket statement about black people?

  • Neon_Mistral Captain Covenanter (@Neon_Mistral) reported

@DubhDonald @EE Well, we do get accussed of 'mansplaining' things. But apparently they want our help 'mansolving' this.

  • eau_go Bovdig (@eau_go) reported

@EE You won’t sort the lack of signal between Ashford in Kent and St Pancras by answering my tweet. You can sort it by looking in to properly by testing it for starters.

  • Mckenna78 Darren Mckenna (@Mckenna78) reported

@EE my phone and my partners and kids phone keep either cutting out during a call or the person on the other end can't hear us at all. Can you shed some light in this please as it's causing real issues with work and school?

  • kevinburch Kevin Burch | Elite Parenting 🇬🇧 (@kevinburch) reported

@MalePsychology @EE Didn't realise Gillette lost that much - good to know. I know I'll never buy any of their stuff ever again.

  • benslife22 Benslife22 #BackBoris (@benslife22) reported

@EE I would focus on selling phones and improving your network. We don’t need corporate companies telling people what they need to do and how to think - look at Halifax
