    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process in now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it is!) So my friend gave me a whole new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What do I do?

    @EE I’ve recently taken a new 2 years contract out with you guys and I now may as well be using smoke signals. The signal is so bad I’ve given up making calls and told people on fb to not even bother calling me but to message instead. What are my options? #EE

    @ee I still don’t understand how a customer of over 10 years pays the same has a new customer. I’ve got no discounts yet again for an upgrade. One week it says I have the next I haven’t. Might need to change companies soon.

    So even on here the help from @O2 has been useless - why is it they never ring you bout an issue 😳 quick to take your money but never there to actually help. I’m sure @EE can help going forward.

    Absolutely disgusted with the service from @EE and @BT_Openreach not only letting me down with installation yet again which now means I cannot sit my exam for paramedics at 4pm. Thank you what an amazing service you provide
