    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE They spoke to them. They said unless theybwere willing to sign up for a new contract they were on there own. Even though they had spent 5 days being told the issue was inside the house. Turns out you had not delayed the original cancellation so Sky could take it over.

    @officialsouthn @EE You to ,I'm in W1 and since 4 weeks the Internet has been working so badly, we got 3-4h of Internet a day if we were lucky, I don't know what solution they gave me but after 5 calls to customer service and chatting on twitter the solution they gave me is upgrading

    @EE @EE another day another no Internet connection from EE which has been going one for 1 month, ..everyone I talked to gave me a different answer to what the problem could be the final phone call with customer service they said: you need to upgrade..so your best solution

    @EE All EE CUSTOMERS Please read #trustpilot reviews before you upgrade or take out a contract. 76% of people rate them bad. #EE have stolen £550 from me after telling me all was OK & now refuse to rectify their mistake!

    @EE when can I expect you to upgrade your systems in my area, little to no useable signal. Been like it for years. signal box/wifi calling is all well and good when I have broadband..(BT)
