    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

    Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

    5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

    @EE I keep receiving a message on my iPhone saying “no SIM card is installed”, any suggestions? It’s been working fine until the last hour or so, I have tried restarting phone and after 5 minutes, the same message has appeared. WiFi is connected but no phone signal showing

    While schools were closed work let me to do back office work so I could look after kids while I worked and help them with school work. I am actually really lucky to work where I do. EE have been so supportive of me throughout this lockdown. It's good to feel valued. @EE

    @EE is your site for resetting passwords down, or is there a problem, I cannot access account and now after reset of password it is not accepting it. Always an issue with your site and service

    @AppleSupport my payment failed for the iCloud storage because @EE took £300 out of my bank knowingly for a scam number ( went into an unplanned overdraft) I’ve just tried to look to see if I can sort another payment but it’s not letting me, can you help please
