My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.

BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.
