Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

@Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

@SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

I took out a new contract with @EE on the 28th February for two years and today they notified me that on 1st March the price went up for my broadband Their customer service is diabolical and they are not worthy of my custom !! Luckily I’m still in my cooling off period.

@andy_simpleton @EE @O2 I changed from ee to O2 a few weeks ago. Working great here in Spain and Portugal with no problems. Lol is still with ee because she has £30 credit and nothing but trouble over here. 30 minute phone call still hasn't sorted problem.

@EE Are a disgusting company, charging current customers far more for the same or worse package than new customer and when you ring up and try and get the same deal they say the terms and conditions prevent them doing anything.
