  I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

  @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for.
