    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    @EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

    Why is my phone signal on @EE always so poor? Can only get 2 bars and it’s making the battery drain much quicker too

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE Appalled with your service since I moved to my new home 5 weeks ago. Still no phone line or broadband & no resolution date. I have to chase you every day for updates despite it apparently having been escalated. I am told the same thing every day & nothing changes. Had enough.

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE Had issues with my data since the early hours of this morning but can somehow still text. I’ve had 5G but nothing was loading then kept getting an E symbol. Can only tweet now to ask as I’m using public Wi-Fi

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    @DarrenG12176297 @EE You're welcome, if it is remotely related to iOS 16.0.2 it may keep happening and just keep rebooting to clear it until Apple release a fix.. Or if it's something weird EE have done on their network for them to clear it.

    @EE 1 Hi David, Thank you for responding. My internet connection seems to have improved. However, that is as long as I adjust my phone for 2G & 3G only. 4G simply DOESN'T perform well at all. Perhaps something to do with poor 4G on my local masts? ......

    @EE 6 days ago I spoke to someone at EE about you not applying my emergency services code on my account when I upgraded. I was told you were looking into it and would call me back within 72 hours….still waiting 🙄

    @EE No one calls me, I have to keep calling for updates. It seems no one has any details of what the problem is or when it’ll be fixed. But as it’s within 4 days this is deemed ‘acceptable’. I think it’s a joke.

    @England @BukayoSaka87 @EE This is because he missed a penalty, right? I have absolutely nothing against him for that. He should have never been the 5th taker at his age and experience (never taken a pen). Why do we need to reward or protect him with this award? There were better performers at the Euros.
