@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

@EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

What a con! I was trying to top up with @EE but landed on the #OnTopUp website by mistake, which didn't make it plain they were separate, charged a hefty fee and signed me up for a monthly subscription I never asked for! Why does @EE even take vouchers from this dodgy operator?

@EE Hi, I upgraded a phone on my plan online on 08.10.2022. I have since received an email advising the handset is not available & was asked to call. Every day I have been on hold from 45mins-1.5hours and the line disconnects each time, any help would be appreciated.
