    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @EE I’ve upgraded my phone and put my old sim inside but it’s not picking up the network so can’t use my phone.

    @Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

    @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

    @EE thanks for completely blanking me today. The issue still has not been resolved. So much for customer service! I won't be paying my bill until this is rectified as I refuse to pay for a service I'm not getting!

    I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

    @EE what's the waiting time on S22 ultra upgrade ? Mine seems to have stalled on 16/03. Monies taken from my account but no progress on the phone itself . Any issues from @SamsungMobile ???

    Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

    @EE uk take a leaf out of @YouTube books. Great customer service, I'm also late today paying them for my continued premium service. Did they cut me off... No, let my videos run another day and shortly will get another month's payment. You @EE gonna make it my mission to cancel

    What is the best way to speak to a human @ee support? I am caught in a #Catch22. Trying to login in to MyEE I am asked to call 150. Calling 150 I am asked to log in to MyEE.

    @EE @RitaOra Hi @EE. Long time customer living in a household with 2 key workers. I am ashamed that I am supporting a business who uses celebrities who are breaking the law and showing disregard to the 50,000+ who have died in the UK from COVID. Will you be dropping this TV ad immediately?
