    @virginmedia This is the experience I have had of VM ever since I can remember, but it was either you or 6mbps with phone line, but soon I will have fttp with @SkyUK or some other @EE but deffo not you, never ever again @virginmedia.

    Absolutely shocking!! @EE openreach are taking the proverbial now! I NOW have to wait a further 10 days for the same problem I was told on the 29th March this is COMPLETELY unacceptable and upmost shocking service!! #Liveonthe6thMarch #StillWaiting 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @EE Joanne in Darlington retentions, Fantasic customer service and managed to get me upgrade deal on the S10e I was happy with and a bit cheaper than im paying now. One happy customer .

    @EE your customer service is the worse in the world your employees lie and lie again and are dam right ignorant I’ve been called sir mr and a host of transphobic abuse and now I’ve reached my limit @BBC this is what we spoke about and now I’m happy to proceed with the interview

    @openreach splines are in 2/3 months I can get @sky @bt @EE @Talktalk then get rid of @virginmedia forever cant wait, but if it is crap after @virginmedia, who cares thet are still shite 🖕🖕🖕

    Why is my @EE broadband so so poor everytime the football is streamed it dies. This time ethernet cable direct and still glitches. I hate this service. So unreliable.

    @downing2 @EE I was with them for 10 years got the iPhone 7 and lost it 2 days later in a taxi, they would do **** all for me, not even a better rate on another phone so ended up having 2 contracts. Now with Vodafone.

    @mouthwaite @caitlinmoran @EE Nah. Use sky mobile, its a piggyback off o2, never had a problem with it and it costs me about £20 a month. You can even share data with others in your house if you need too aswell.

    @mouthwaite @EE We are shocking, trying to cancel with them is a massivly difficult. Can't do it in store, can never get thro on the phone. So pleased I'm now with tesco mobile now

    @mouthwaite @EE I'm with @ThreeUK and have been since about 2014. Depending on area, it can dip in/out at times but 95% I'm all go. Heard great things about Giff Gaff too that seems to be getting mentioned lots so there's options. If they treat u bad this long, your loyalty can only take so much

    @EE Hi there , Internet has been down for the past 24h. Tried reset , plug on/off please advise further how I can fix this
