    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

    @EE @amazoniasian I wouldn't even bother with the online chat. I've tried twice, managed to speak to 2 different people and still haven't solved the issue. Absolutely useless.

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE still waiting for somebody to phone me over my ever intermittent broadband. Yet just had email saying “we’ve closed your complaint” how convenient to sweep it under the carpet !

    @EE Multiple trips in store have STILL not led to this being resolved. On the last occasion, the scanner was broken so the passport copy couldn’t be taken.

    Whoever redesigned the @EE mobile app for iOS did a bad job. Whoever signed it off has no idea how somebody uses the app. Absolutely lacking a user-centric design.

    @EE I suspect the answer is to cancel my contract. I got Sim card to deal with a legal case I needed separate phone number. I have paid £120 for 6 months for a non working Sim card! Everything I contact you it is never resolved. You are in breach of contract.

    @EE this company has gone down hill bigtime.Hav been with them for years.Wanted to upgrade and agent couldn’t even knock off £30 for me. I’m willing to pay £100 but agent stubborn and wanted £130. Wats happened to the loyalty with EE. Not happy. changin network once contract ends
