Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

Power Quest (@PowerQuestBand) reported@EE Had a 4GEE WIFI mini for almost 12 months and it's never worked. I've phoned up a couple of times and had charges cancelled and then I keep getting charged again for something that never worked. Lots of issues with these devices but no solution it seems...
