@EE I was a loyal Orange customer. Trying to get any customer service during the transition to EE was an absolute **** shower. I’ve switched to O2 4 years ago and absolutely no complaints.

@EE So EE staff in kidderminster trying to tell customers now samsungs med range Phone at all so downgrade instead, then making said customers feel stupid cause they want the phone they want, with lines like Android are all the same. Why not take a A12 over A71 its a downgrade😡🤔

@EE No I went on my app and the offer was there. Your plans are always higher than my original one. I don’t think it’s ever been matched in ten plus years we have upgraded with ee. An upgrade usually means getting a better phone right? I may as well cancel at the end of my contract…
