David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

His phone has broken through no fault of his own and because he doesn’t have photo ID he has to wait 14 days for collection!
