  @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

  @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed
