  In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  So @WeAreOpenreach have lost my neighbour's consent form twice and totally refuse to provide an explanation to @EE or me on what is going on. There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further
