I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

huw (@jonsie) reported@EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!
