    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    have refused to look into the matter and have been dismissive and rude. When I told a member of their customer retention team that I would have to consider leaving @EE, he told me to "Go for it." Which has made the situation even more distressing. I feel completely helpless.

    @goEnjoy please can you retrain your delivery driver James in SW Wales area (Llanelli). He cancelled my EE delivery & was extremely rude & obnoxious. Even @EE customer services couldnt understand why he cancelled my order. DPD being used for my next delivery!

    Why do you guys @EE still have voucher top up as an option if when ever someone calls that option is not available? Instead you put us through your call center for your staff to try and sell us another product and get rude when you don't want it. Their lucky I was in a good mood

    @EE what a way to reward loyal customers. Due an upgrade a new customer can get it £15per mont cheaper & no upfront cost. Loyalty clearly means nothing.
