-
🍩 Doughnut Wuuf 🍩 ドーナツ 🧍➡🇺🇦 (@pastrywuff) reported from Leyland, EnglandYou know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!
-
Tracy Harvey (@Pear_shaped30) reported from Clitheroe, England@EE your broadband service is an absolute joke! This has gone on for far too long, being thrown off our router and now struggles to view anything on WiFi #nothappy #useless #notfitforpurpose
-
Sam Mawdsley (@sam_churchstile) reported from Croston, England@morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Can’t wait to gan rid of sky, utter shite, I walk from living room to kitchen literally 10 foot from the router and I have no signal 🤣🤣🤣

Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long
-
Mark Scowcroft (@Crawlspace71) reported from Kirkham, England@EE Anyone aware of EE outage issues in Kirkham area PR4
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

KMA (@KMAUK24) reported@EE EE mobile service has been down the last 2 days! In postcode area SA62 6RJ WEST WALES! I have reported and signed up for alerts and states known issue! When will it be fixed?? It’s unacceptable
-
CraigH (@cragz_uk) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
-
Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
-
Richie Berryman (@BerrymanRi94102) reported@EE @EE @Giftcloud got my physical card as the digital card doesn't work at all with a £5 fee. To make people aware and you aware this is chip and pin card only!
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Can you give me a number straight to customer support , be 10x easier if you had online chat like most suppliers have
-
KMA (@KMAUK24) reported@EE I have done this and had no signal for 3 days now! Unless on WiFi! Will Be making a complaint and using this as evidence
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Diane Jeggo (@DiJeggo) reported@EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.

Mark (@ArtilleryMan728) reportedWhy is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile
