    @EE Ridiculous that I get no service in my area as the mast has been decommissioned and I have to wait till 24th July to see if anything can be done! Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    So, just my regular reminder NOT to use @EE as your service provider, as they'll rip you off with 'additional charges' even when you cancel your contract and go PAYG. Dont trust them!! @EEComplaints

    @EE hi I’m in Southampton with bad service. I have the ‘Roam Further’ swappable benefit, I was wondering can I stick data roaming on and it be covered by my normal data plan? Basically, wondering if you get charged for data roaming when in your home country (not abroad).

    @EE Hi Jenny. I have seen some tempting offers, but I've always been happy with EE and the service provided. I am due an upgrade - have been since about July 2021, but not really seen anything worth upgrading to until now.
