    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    Received a text message from @EE (or so it said) saying they failed to take my payment and to follow a link however the app and the statement says they won’t be taking it until the 1st :/ surely this was a scam and if there was an issue it wouldn’t flag up until the 1st right?!

    Moving from @EE to @ThreeUKSupport is possibly the stupidest thing I have done. Can’t get on their app to use the live chat, no contact number anywhere for a call centre, not been able to send text messages for a week. Absolutely disgusting network and no one wants to help!

    @EE evening, do you know what the problem is with coverage in area TN31 and how long it will take. It’s been at least a couple of hours and I’ve checked the website can’t see any info apart from there is a problem. I’m on call and need to be contactable. Thank you

    @EE Yes, they simply said that I’m too far away from the 5G mast, this clearly isn’t the problem as my phone works and my 5G router has an external antenna, and it can see a 5G signal
