@virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

@ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.

@EE I had another phone using a different network. After being on hold for 40+mins to then get cut off, I’m not going to be calling in again. Yet another example of EE’s great customer service. Can I ask, what additional information you’d like to look at?
