My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

@EE I’ve been with EE for many many years pay monthly (never missed a payment ect) and I’ve upgraded and they’ve said I have to pay a security deposit for line rental along with my bill... I’m so confused what this is for...

@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

@EE IVE BEEN IN UR STORE 45 MINS NOW ADVISOR TRYING TO FIX MY GALAXY WATCH IT SHOULDNT TAKE THIS LONG WOULD RATHER A REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEING INVESTIGATED I HAVENT GOT TIME FOR U TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST TAKE THE WATCH BACK WASTING MY TIME IN HERE SORT IT OUT

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t! If you don’t put in a telephone number it says to call back another time when you can provide one and then cuts you off. Not to worry I managed to get through on your cancellations and have cancelled a £1,200 contract with yourselves. @EE were more than happy to help!

@EE Hi. Yeah very slow signal. I've been on a one bar connection for the past 3 days. Also when I try load anything on YouTube or Chrome it takes a while to load up. Never had this issue before....

@trevor_p_malco @EE Yeah EE is much cheaper than BT but I guess you get what you pay for, as I was with BT for 4 years never had a single problem, been with EE less than a year and its shocking. I'm on my data on my phone 24/7 as it just doesn't work on the broadband
