@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help
