@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE absolute ****, tried contacting your service over the phone, ****, tried chat on your website, ****, my signal has been ‘dreadful for 5-7 days and all I’ve had is a brush off or no reply(possibly down to my signal being ****), I’ve been with we/orange for over 13 years. 💩

Help Request @EE #EE I have a 4G WiFi dongle thing and am now using it on a new laptop. It's about to run out & needs me to top up credit. What is the LOCAL URL I should point it at? It defaulted on the old dead laptop, but I don't know if it will now? Is it a numerical IP?
