Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?
