My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE my current ee sim have been drain my phone battery really fast and my friend who uses the same phone as me with ee doesn't have this issue at all. We're both in the same area. This battery drain has been happening for years now. Is there any ways I can get a replacement sim?

@EE Hi EE who is running the company. I have had the most appalling experience. I have been contacted back but things seem to be going from bad to worse. @MarcAllera needs to sort it out. Especially when you claim to be the UK’s favourite network.
