@EE will ee be commenting on the supply issues for Apple Watch Ultra and the fact large upfront payments are being taken and sat in ee’s bank account for an unknown length of time until supply is resolved - not good!

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@lochvue @EE The best thing is, I have service, I just can’t use my new phone because @EE can’t organise a piss up in a brewery. So I have to use my old phone, I’m just down 4 hours of my time due to no fault of my own, which I’m sure I won’t be compensated for.

I got in touch with @ee twice in the last two weeks because 4G doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.
