Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE well thank you very much EE, I’m a loyal mobile phone customer and want to cancel my 4G wifi contract as it doesn’t work in my area. Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

@EE No Network in my area since Saturday evening. Status checker said then (and still does) 16 hours until good service resumes. This is not good enough. When can I expect this to be fixed?
