  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!
