  @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

  @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

  @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected
