  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

  @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.
